The finance manager/owner accepted a post dated check from us and agreed to "hold it in his desk" while we transferred funds to our checking account to cover the cost of our vehicle. No problem, he said. Even told us to call him if we needed extra time. We were disappointed to see the check clear our account 2 days before the date it was written for. Lucky for us, the money we transferred hit our account the same day the check cleared. I give 3 stars as we are incredibly pleased with our new vehicle to date. Based on shady business practice, will not return in any capacity. EDIT: After reading this review, Austin called to apologize and take ownership of "oversight" on dealership's end.

Their prices look decent at first, but once you sit down, they hit you with ridiculously high processing fees that make the deal way worse than advertised. They don't negotiate, they don't try to work with you, they hide behind "policy" instead of offering real customer service. A car that's been sitting on their lot for over a month is somehow considered "new inventory" to them, and they refuse to adjust the price. The whole place feels like they care more about squeezing every dollar out of you than actually selling cars. Suppose you're looking for fair pricing and transparency. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
