I will never, ever go to these thieves again. I needed a new a/c compressor and that thief John estimated, counting the labor, that it would be about $800 total. I brought my Pontiac 2006 G6 to him on Tuesday morning at 9, he called me in his office from the waiting room and said he had bad news for me. He showed me his computer screen and it showed where he found one for $1,200. He said, in his words, that he would call me around "2ish", meaning 2:00 Wednesday, which was yesterday, but he never called. So I called him twice this morning after 9 to know the status of my car but no one picked up the phone. So I called a taxi this morning to take me there and I was hoping that my car wasn't fixed yet so I could shop around. As soon as I walked in the door John said that my car was just finished the instant tat I walked in. Man, what a coincidence that is. You could have hit the Powerball twice, hit by lightning twice all in the same day for better odds than that. That was so amazing that the instant I walked in that my car was ready. Totally unreal. And when I asked that thief John why he didn't call me at "2ish", or 2:00 Wednesday to let me know the status he said he was busy. Unreal. He couldn't pick up the phone, hit 10 numbers and tell me what was going on? No one is that busy. The bottom line is that I paid that thief $1,595.16 this morning. That's about twice the amount that he originally told me. John owes me about $800 in my opinion. And the lack of communication yesterday is totally unforgivable. These people, especially John, are scammers and it would be foolish to take your car to them for anything. I know I will never, ever, go there again. Jerry Horgan. read more
