I am writing to formally dispute a serious issue with your service that resulted in financial loss…read more On 3/28/2026, I parked my vehicle in the Miami Beach area near Eden Roc and paid for parking through the ParkMobile app under zone parking lot near Eden rock Hotel at Miami Beach. The payment was successfully processed, and I relied on your system in good faith to confirm that parking was permitted. Despite having an active and paid parking session, my vehicle was towed without my consent, and I was forced to pay $464.00 in towing and related fees. Your application allowed me to select and pay for a parking zone in an area where parking was apparently restricted. This is misleading and unacceptable. If parking is not permitted in a specific location, your system should not allow payment for that area. As shown in the attached image, my vehicle was parked in the exact location indicated. The app created the reasonable expectation that parking was allowed. I acted in good faith by paying for parking as required. Therefore, I request: A full investigation into why payment was allowed in a restricted area. A full reimbursement of the $464.00 I incurred due to this issue. A clear explanation of how this will be prevented in the future. I have attached proof of payment and towing receipt.
