I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.

They also have a good selection of accessories such as baskets, lights, locks and helmets for sale, again at good value for money. I found Stort Valley Cycle and they sorted it the first time and the gears have been smooth ever since!
