Absolutely fantastic. I needed a part, the rear roller wheels, for my Brompton. They didn't have…read moreit in stock but had a slightly more expensive one, the rear rollers plus the roller for the fender. They offered to and did send me the more expensive part at no extra cost. It arrived in one day. Their prices are very good, they don't charge for shipping, and they ship unbelievably quickly. I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.

They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a repair done at another shop and it never quite got sorted correctly. I found Stort Valley Cycle and they sorted it the first time and the gears have been smooth ever since! The last time I needed something done, I was in a huge time crunch and I was apologetic to the staff, but needed something down quickly before going out of town.
