The staff are mega helpful and friendly, really know their stuff- they held onto our shopping for us whilst we made our way round the rest of the shopping centre which was really helpful. Store wasn't all that busy, but I guess it's not the kind of place that you visit unless you need something particular. But if you do? They're lovely and will be happy to advise and direct you as to the best product for you.

The Swansgate shopping centre is situated in the heart of Wellingborough and surrounded by shops…read moreoutside of it. Inside, there is a good selection of stores, including high street names like Boots, WHSmith, Dorothy Perkins, New Look, Wilkinsons and Iceland to name a few. The range of shops is good too, as there is a nice selection of clothes shops, jewellery shops, department style stores, music and loads of others. There is loads of parking inside the centre itself and it is free which is great as there are not many shopping centres that have free parking. The only thing about the centre that lets it down is the fact that it looks very dated and old fashioned compared with more modern shopping centres. Having said that, it doesn't really matter as it is always clean and tidy and the shops are great which is what really matters.

06/07/2016 I went in today to claim my prize for winning…read morethe over 70 title in the EMGP ,was treated well by the owner who presented me with a pair of HOKA running shoes. I thanked him for the very generous sponsorship , he allowed me the courtesy of trying them on. I have used this shop before but quite a long time ago. It is a small but superb running shop, with a good stock & the service is top notch. I recommend anyone wishing to purchase running kit visit. Parking is easy just a short walk away.

The guy in the shop didn't seem particularly interested and was more concerned that someone had entered the shop behind me. Terribly poor (non-existent) sales pitch and customer care. I will be avoiding this elitist establishment in future.
