Matt was super responsive and answered any questions I had and had no issues with booking 3 weeks out. Getting a quote was fast and the whole thing is pretty customizable and we got payment and details set within a week. The day of, Pam came an hour early to our reception venue to set up. She was a true professional despite a bunch of obstacles (mostly the wind/rain and also my family). Unfortunately, the printer did not work at the time of the ceremony but Matt made it right and mailed me them not too long after we got back. I recall her telling me of a conversation she had with your husband/ partner in which she asked if we could still qualify for the special if our check was postmarked before the expiration date and was told you had to have it in your possesion before the expiration date. She then asked if we could deliver it to you that Saturday to make the deadline but was told you were too busy with other events and couldn't meet with us. That's when I called and I left my message. So we did try working with you more than once. Unfortunately, you were not very accommodating and seemed to make it a point to refuse our business. My call happened to be the last time we tried to work with you. I shouldn't have to try reaching you through various social media outlets. I could say the same goes for you. Had you checked yelp more diligently you would have seen my comment and you could have done the professional thing and reached out to me. I know you're busy, but if you're going to insinuate that I should make use of social media I would think you would do the same. After all, you are a business that relies on it more than I. You can choose to keep defending yourselves here but we ultimately determined you were not interested in our business and we decided to work with Bambooth. They did an excellent job.
