What a slimy bait and switch tactic and talk about an unbelievably shortsighted business mindset. I organize dinners, meetings and events for a large company in the Eastern Tennessee area. Not only will this restaurant never make a dime from me or any of my colleagues, but we will tell everyone we know about this horrible experience and the deceitful tactics of management. We completely understand that the AC going out is out of management's control but intentionally not informing diners of the intolerable temperature was a calculated and deliberate choice.
