We were full but pre ordered beignets so I had to take one for the team and eat one. The best I've had outside of NO. The chef brought my friends an extra lil treat. Cherry bread puddling. I'll be honest I'm not a fan and did not want to try it. (It's a texture issue for me) However these were different. We were presented with 4 golden brown hush puppy looking delights in a cast iron skillet covered in a rum sauce.
