I had my doubts at first hearing what magic has become and yet the community is tight knit but also very open to new players. There is a huge selection of decks single and even single cards just about anything table top related would totally recommend.

They have TONS of cards, and also tons of Heroclix and other tabletop games, as well as a huge selection of retro and current-gen video games and movies! The first time I went into this store, I was blown away. They literally have a an entire quarter if their (really big) store dedicated to dealing in Magic. The display for buying single cards is great. As a new player, I was able to browse cards and get an idea for prices on them. They have some old fat packs and duel decks for the collector, too! As you turn around from the Magic, they have three large aisles of tabletop games and supplies for tabletop gaming and deck building games. Best selection of sleeves, cases, and playmats I've seen in a single store. Again, wow. Then come around and there are more Heroclix than I've ever seen in a single location. Not something I'm particularly into, but great for someone who is. My favorite is the retro game wall. I didn't find anything to purchase on my visit, but they do have a great selection with very comparable prices. They have a really large area for tournaments and casual play, and the parking lot is HUGE so there is plenty of room to park. The staff was really nice and made sure I was able to see anything in the cases I was interested in, and let me know about all their upcoming events and specials. They weren't pushy at all - just generally nice and knowledgable. This is a MUST on every trip to Ohio for me!

They're really helpful and very knowledgeable, especially when they find out what my daughters are looking for. The prices for singles are very competitive and the stock is pretty good. Been there a handful of times and the way it's always worked out is any cards in the boxes are either marked with a price and if not the guys charged .25$ which is reasonable cause majority of those are damaged cards. Last time I went in the girls waited on me and was unsure on how to price them, I explained in the past if it wasn't marked I was always charged $.25 and her response was " I love that for you" then continued to make me sit there and wait 10 minutes as she price checks every single card like I was a liar. she then charged me $.50 - $1.00 each for damaged cards. There's tens of thousands of damaged cards behind the counter, it's very obvious they're just trying to get rid of them unless they're decent and price them out as they should, but making people sit there while you try and nickel an dime them out over common damaged cards is insane to me. He was extremely personable, we talked about how I recently gotten back into cards and doing it for all the right reasons like growing up with brother who collected and my young nephew who absolutely loves pokemon and helping him build his collection. Second visit left nothing but disgusting sour taste in my mouth. It all started with Tommy. He seemed 100% more concerned about putting new haul of pokemon box into the system after holding the door for him. I stood at the sports card counter for several minutes before more pokemon knowledgable sales lady came over to greet me only to be told Tommy would have to help me. He then made me wait longer until he finished on computer to only have me to come to pokemon counter to look at some trades. I knew they weren't very desirable and we couldnt work anything out I get that it happens sometimes.I was just the lack of professionalism and customer service of Tommy that will cause to retract my recommendation to this store from friends and family. On a separate the note the prices on some of the boxes cards are incredibly inflated and do not match current market price or comps. I have this in previous review and went into the store knowing this but had no idea it was this bad.
