First of all, their professionalism and mannerism is a Class A Act, and Chef Brian and his staff were extremely attentive to the guest and detail. The food was so artfully presented, simply mouthwatering, and some of the best that I've ever tasted in all of my 70 years!!! All of the guest in attendance left asking the same question ... "WHO IS THAT CHEF !!!" If you are planning an event, it is my suggestion that you adjust your calendar to fit Chef Brian's schedule. Heavenly Eats, without a doubt, has set the bar high!!!

The bottom line is, he cooks likes he's cooking for himself - he cares what goes into everything and didn't cut corners (even on things where you could and 90% of people wouldn't notice). For instance, the antipasta platter --- super fresh mozzarella, high end cold cuts - I'm not a huge antipasta guy an I can say it was the best I've had catered or out anywhere (will post a pic of it). Other items of note -- great Chilean sea bass, awesome mushroom risotto. So, for the food I give them 4 stars. The 5th is because of the service. Service is where he stood out. His name - "Every Detail Catering" -- is perfect because we are detail oriented, certainly bordering on neurotic and we couldn't find a thing that chuck didn't plan for, including packing Tupperware for our leftovers. He even volunteered to pick up our cake on the way, to save us a trip. What we really appreciated was how he managed the whole process along the way, gave advice, and pushed back when he thought something we wanted wouldn't be right. And in person he is a friendly, nice guy who only engages with you if you want -- you don't notice he's there but you appreciate he IS there taking care of it all. In a day where lots of service providers cut corners, are non communicative, or just plain act like jackasses whose are doing you a favor versus valuing you as a client, it was refreshing to have a great experience -- definitely recommend him!

They may seem high $$ but if you actually break it down, like my husband did, it is better on the budget, better quality. I cannot tell you how much I really enjoy the butter steaks and the beef roasts here, but a lot, I like them A LOT. My husband is always happy with the pork chops. Roasts are perfect and I always get the size I want from the case. I like the ground beef here and I know it's going to be quality, no bone bits. Staff is friendly and the I like how the freezer packs are packed ready to go into my deep freeze.
