We were down there for 4th of July weekend, which I hear is one of THE busiest times to go. Not to…read moremention super. freakin'. hot. I don't believe you can rent boats or jet skis, but if you have your own, take them! There are a couple boat launches and slips you can rent, or else lot of boats were tied to the "beach". Our friends have a fishing boat so we took it out on the river and back into a couple lakes that weren't heavily trafficked by the jet skiers or wakeboarders scaring off all the fish. Caught a few fish, only one being big enough to keep and eat (a delicious bass!) There's a store that seems to have plenty of supplies of you've forgotten anything. The pool is an ok size. There's a game room with ping pong tables and maybe something else but I can't remember. I'm not sure of it was still hidden shores property, but there are lots of trails out in the desert for ATV action. The restaurant was understaffed for such a busy weekend and usually only open fri-sun. Saturday night was all you can eat taco bar for 6.95 and nothing spectacular, but worth 7 bucks. Monday morning was all you can eat pancakes for 3 bucks, also nothing spectacular but worth the 3 bucks for the 2 pancakes I could actually finish.

These people are crazy another power trip for the books they think they own the beach problem is…read morefederal law states that all beaches in USA are public not private which is why you don't have greedy people trying to sell spots on the beach or businesses charging to rent cabanas and chairs. Last but not least the reason why we can sit on the beach in the sand and order drink or food because beach is a public land never to be sold or profiting from it. There is only 1 place in the Hamptons New York that was grandfathered in 1908 and still operating today on the beach and the resort owns that area of Beach. So they have no right to control the beach or who's on it!!!

For a smaller park it is very nice. Not a whole lot of amenities, but you get what you paid for and…read moreit is very clean. We only spent a week here, but we were ready to leave because we were so tired of the Canadians talking about our president, the tariffs and the dollar. It was nonstop and continuous, and most of the time unfriendly. They have created a divide between their American friends at the park to the point where several of the Americans are thinking about not coming back because they don't want to deal with this. The park is also offering a 20% discount for Canadians to come back. They are not offering that to the Americans... Seems a little unfair. I guess my suggestion for the Canadians is they don't have to come here. It's none of their business who the majority of this country voted for And it's not our fault their dollar is weak. That's been going on for years. If you don't like it stay home.

By far one of the best RV resorts we've stayed at. Full hookups, concrete pads, spacious lots…read more Plenty of friendly people! Met a couple of sno-bird couples who made us feel very welcomed. Cindy and Don were just amazing! They gave us a ride on their golf cart to the lemon grove to watch the sunset..it was so beautiful. The pools look amazing but I had a fresh tattoo so I couldn't get in one...womp womp. The thing to do though is pickle ball! Lots of people playing pickle ball for sure! Pet friendly with a dog run. Rec room that is also their cafe! And the food was actually pretty decent and reasonably priced. I almost forgot to mention the grounds man who led us to our space on his bike! He was a southern man with a hippie personality. Loved his accent and he was very helpful. We will for sure be returning the next time we're in Yuma!!!!
