We left frustrated by the unhelpful service rep's response and went to Reilly Auto Parts where we purchased the lamps. They were so helpful and installed them for us within 10 minutes. The spare did not have a rim, so the rim was taken off the tire they took off and installed on the spare. They also balanced the tire. This was all taken care of within 30 minutes. We had excellent service, and they were very professional. Then we were told it was all free of charge!! If we have tire problems again, we will definitely go to The Tire Station.

They are competent technicians and their tire and service prices are fair and reasonable. They did not charge for tire rotations and often not for simply flat repairs. They completed work in a timely manner and were honest, pleasant, and informative when discussing the issues. I prefer to support family-owned business when possible, so I appreciated it was a father-sons enterprise. I highly recommend them and wouldn't take my tire-related business anywhere else in Vernal.

When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it. Given my experience, the repair wasn't worth the price charged. I would never use these guys again.

Kind of a scary looking repair shop from the outside. Went in, spoke with Don and he took a look at my vehicle the very next day!! I had even grabbed a new thermostat at the local parts place just to expedite the repair. Turns out I was just low on coolant. (A SLC Jiffy Lube didn't fill it up last week!) I told the owner, Jason, that I had my wife and three dogs and no generator, which meant no AC in the 90-degree weather. He told me he was not an expert on Onan generators but would do what he could. I was there in 15 minutes. He immediately started troubleshooting and determined it was a relay. He didn't carry parts for Onan generators and suggested I call the Onan authorized repair shop in Grand Junction. They set up an appointment two days later. Jason took the time out of his work day to help an RVer in need. He would be my garage if I lived in the area.
