Unfortunately, my latest visit for my mother's 92nd birthday celebration has turned into a debacle because this dry cleaning service refuses to actually respect the fact that the customer is always right. That customer loyalty is the thing that builds a brand and continued support. I took in one Blazer and two dress shirts on Friday January 16th for same day service. Apparently the new worker at the location on North irby Street did not put my order in properly and it was not ready on Friday evening. I then called on Saturday morning and was told that there had been an error that the individual was new and that she had made a mistake and I would have to pick up the clothes at the location on West palmetto Street and that they would not be cleaned because they would not be ready until Monday. I have a flight back to New York City at 6:15 a.m. on Monday morning so that was not going to suffice. When I went to the West palmetto location the first time, the young lady was cordial and kind and easy going and told me that she would look for them and that I could pick them up before 1:00 p.m. She also took down my phone number and said she would contact me after she found them to let me know when I could pick them up. I began calling at 12:30 p.m. on that Saturday after the initial trip to the store at 10:00 a.m. to pick them up the first time, but got no answer. At 12:45p.m. I figured it was best to just go back to the store to pick up the clothing. From the moment I walked in the young woman who had been kind and courteous earlier was profane and nasty and disrespectful! To the nth degree! As soon as I walked in she said I'm the only person here! I haven't had a chance to look for your clothes! You'll have to come back Monday! Yes, I did raise my voice after being greeted that way about my own clothing, and I said to her no, I need my clothes to take them back to New York. I'm not going to be able to come Monday because I have a flight at 6:15 a.m.. She proceeded to be continually profane and rude and nasty and then threatened to call the police! Then she called the owner and he threatened to call the police unless I left the premises! The unfortunate thing is that she would not stop being profane and nasty and rude and find some space of being reasonable and understanding that I am a customer. That seemed to have flown out of the window with she and the owner. He was just as pathetic and abysmal as she because all she did was essentially call him and say that I was being loud and harassing her and refusing to leave when that was not the situation at all. And I suggested that he might want to review the camera footage because they have cameras on the premises so that he could actually see the interaction. Again, yes, I raised my voice when she greeted me with the, I'm the only person here. I haven't had time to look for your things. You'll have to come back Monday. That's the first thing I was told. I kept reiterating I leave Monday morning at 6:15 a.m. but to no avail. I called the police myself instead for assistance. The owner then asked if I could come in at 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning to pick up the clothing! In what world is such a thing possible when one has a flight at 6:15 a.m.? I cannot begin to state how disappointed and angry and disrespected and absolutely outraged at such toxic and noxious behavior from some child who could not have been any older than 20 years of age speaking to me as though I was her peer, yet I am 58 years old. And the owner, this Grayson Sturgeon person, was simply the imbecilic icing on the cake of an abhorrent experience. I'm going to contact local media and get a consumer reporter to do a story, as well as blasting on all levels and areas of social media platforms to get my point across to these fools. PLEASE VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY THE ONES FROM OUT OF STATE!! DO BETTER! Lesson learned the hard way.

Worst experience ever. Took my clothes and was told they could not heavy starch my shirts. Took…read morethem to the cleaners on palmetto. The only one not owned by white swan. They are the best and cheaper. Those ass holes still took my money for a service that was trash. I can iron better than what they did. White swan suck.
