A few things before your first trip that I learned with the wonderful help of Raf, the beautiful lady working here. ALWAYS pay attention to where your laundry is and make sure the money you put into the machine is in fact YOUR machine. I put money in the wrong slot for the dryer because the label was faded and not really eye catching. If you mess up, no worries!! Raf will always happily help fix the issue. The vending machines taking cash only accept dollar bills and quarters. The debit card option is not working at this time (7-15-25) but may be fixed by the time you come. Also, be sure to READ where liquid wash and powder wash should be used before simply pouring detergent into a hole. I almost screwed that up. There is complimentary coffee and a huge water bottle with disposable cups and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN bathrooms!! When I move here, I may not even buy a washer/dryer and simply bring my laundry here!!

My towels are starting to smell weird I wanted some hot water on my clothing. Though I pushed the hot water button this absolutely did not happen. One of the washers got a little warm but the rest of them were just cold. As soon as I got here and got my clothes in the washer and started the police showed up to talk to the people outside not sure what about but it did make me nervous I had my children with me. This is very run down and has a mildewy smell when you walk in. I could've save myself the trouble and just did my laundry at Pirateland In Coldwater. My clothes just did not even smell good when I pulled them out of the machines in the dryer's. I will not be coming back.

The second incident happened when I removed my clothes from the dryer and noticed that every folding table was occupied. I then went to the back and used the small silver table. The attendant came over and said, "I use this table for my work." However, she had already been using the other customer tables for her work as well. Overall, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
