Reasons for liking it: The laundromat is fully functional allowing me to have choices about how to wash and dry my clothes that I don't get anywhere else. It has top loaders and I am able to get hot water there to wash my whites and I don't have to pay $4.00 to $5.00 like all other laundromats just to wash a small load that I would like to keep separate from other laundry. There are larger washers for larger loads. All the machines wash clothes beautifully and dryers dry your clothes; both without emptying your pocketbook. The laundromat is clean and kept tidy. There is a bathroom there; which is also kept clean, and the signs that are posted let you know that you have to go around to the back of the building to access it. The owner takes very good care of the place and must stop in there regularly because any issues that arise appears to be taken care of relatively quick. There is a phone number to call that is posted if anything goes wrong with any of the machines. I have never had to call so I don't know who answers the phone or how problems; like getting money returned to you should a machine break down, get resolved. I appreciate what the owner is actually offering to the public with the laundromat just as it is. It seems to me that whatever little "inconveniences" one may perceive to be, is so small that the benefits out weigh those few inconveniences. In other words, the owner can't prevent people who intentionally cause damage or steal things but despite those, there is a really great place to safely wash and dry your clothing.

I thought that a rattling noise came from the muffler according to Josh the noise came from the universal joints where the drive shaft is. I told Josh not to do it because if he can't get the right part then I don't want it done. He says he got the right part. I was there from 7:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night he cut my muffler he didn't put it back on or weld it back on cuz he had to cut it because he. Even though there was nothing wrong with the muffler according to Josh, he he didn't replace the muffler and he cut it in half and left it and then he put on the universal joint and it was the wrong one which he told me he had the right one I told him not to do it and he still did it. He called me names for vanity because I wouldn't leave my vehicle he wanted me to leave it. I told him I'm not leaving my vehicle with him I wanted you to call a tow man so I called the tow man he came and towed my vehicle to another mechanic's place cuz I didn't trust Josh.
