Service is pretty quick once you order your food. It is not a large place with a lot of seats. Lots of take out orders. Apparently, id been here before but didn't leave a review & I forgot! We got a white pizza, chicken Lazio & garlic knots for takeout today! Total was ~$50 before tip and this will be enough food for 3 meals for 2 of us The garlic knots are very garlicky (yess) and come with marinara for dipping. Super soft inside, slightly crispy. Very tasty! The chicken Lazio is a flavor bomb. There's so much going on from sundried tomatoes, artichokes, cream sauce and goat cheese. If you like the chicken Brian at maggianos, you'll like this. White pizza looks like a NY style, has a great thin crust & the pieces are huge! We were in new York last month so look, this might be a pizza spot on our return list. White pizza is a good one.. might try a red sauce next time They told us it'd take 35-40 mins and we got there in about 45 mins and everything was ready, not sure for how long but they gave it right to us. Food and service were both quite good. Eggplant Maryanne had layers of eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella, and spinach topped with a well balanced marinara sauce with a side of pasta. Much better than the eggplant we've has at Provinos, Frankie's, or Olive Garden. Calzone was served hot, fresh, and crispy. Ambiance is lacking, old, and dated, but the food makes up for it. I was so excited to order dinner for my children visiting me. We ordered chicken Marsala and chicken lazio Pizza and Greek salad. It was the worst meal ever. Chicken so overcooked and tough in both dishes. Pasta was over cooked and mushy. Pizza and salad were ok We threw away the two chicken dishes and only ate the salad and pizza. Very nice experience, service was good, food was good. Pizza is very good both ways. Calazone was good but crust was not the best I've had by any means. My daughter loved the sandwich of eggplant parmisian. Nice size and loaded up. We sat outside. Parking is limited but you can park in the 15 minutes only spots per management. The baked ziti and the fried zucchini were the best parts of the meal. The Alfredo was a little bit too buttery for my liking but still good. Chicken caprese sandwich. Chicken lacked flavor, tomatoes, mozzerla, fresh basil and a balsamic glaze. if you like a bland sandwich then go for it. I was expecting it to have more taste but i guess i am used to a mozzarella roasted red pepper sandwich which has a much better flavor. Just expecting too much. Last Friday evening I called my order in, and was told 40-45 minutes at 6:00pm. So I arrived around 6:45pm, the girl at the counter told me that they needed 15 more minutes. Sooooo 15 minutes go by and I get my pizza, and it was missing toppings. So I had to wait 10 more minutes and finally walked out of there at 7:15pm. I love Capozzi's! It is the best NY style pizza in the area (although JJ's is a pretty close 2nd). I love their drive through window during COVID. I usually call and pick up and it's always super hot, fresh, and ready when I get there! I don't order delivery much, so can't speak to that. My dad likes the Sicilian, which you can get by the slice. I've also gotten pasta when we could dine in. Gluten free pizza! This place reminds me of what you'd get at a neighborhood pizza place in NYC, tasty and affordable but with a bonus gluten free option. One of the better GF pizzas I've had (chewy crust that doesn't disintegrate), but not a dedicated kitchen for GF, so not for those who are sensitive to cross contamination (luckily I'm not). The salad with the garlic dressing is super good. I can't have it, but my family says the calzones are delicious. Definitely a great local spot! read more

I've been going to capozzi's roswell rd location for over 20 years, so i figured i would give this location a shot. I dont know if they do things differently here, but this was easily the worst food ive ever gotten from capozzis. When i ordered, I was told my food would be ready in 30-35 minutes, so i show up 30 minutes after ordering, and my pizza is already cold to the touch. Also, its got so little cheese on it that, as you can see from the pic, you can see the tomato sauce base everywhere. I asked for garlic as an additional topping and i could barely taste it. Cheaping out on toppings like this is not going to do anything but cost you customers. Make this right or you've lost a long time customer. read more

Just dined today at Capozzi's restaurant on Sandy Plains. It was disappointing. Among a varieties of other items we ordered pasta with eggplant. We received baked pasta. When we mentioned that is not what we ordered the girl at the counter said "technically you ordered baked zita with eggplant" She had a real problem with us not accepting what they brought out. We did eventually end up with pasta with only sauce. I showed here their menu with is on their website and it clearly states you can create a pasta, choose your sauce and toppings. She didn't care what the website indicated and she bordered on being a bit rude. We will be looking for a different pasta place in the future. read more
