They made the sandwich, but realized the tots guy didn't get a heads up he was needed. Eventually he started dropping tots into the fryer. Now this was pretty cool. They scoop and make the tots from scratch, but apparently tots guy was not properly trained. In the middle of making them, a manager that was observing from a bar stool on the customer side of the bar jumped up and started screaming at him. Not sure exactly what he did, but Mr. Manager bellowed out "WELL YOU'RE WRONG!" Not cool. Anyway, 30 minutes later I get the food. The sandwich and the tots were outstanding. Just need to work on customer service and Manager attitude. Not a single employee was smiling or appeared to enjoy their second day on the job but one female Manager who was very pleasant. Our food took less than ten minutes to make, oh by the way the portions are very generous. Speaking of generous the military discount knocked off 35% of my bill!!!! Hands down amazing place definitely will be returning.
