Newer employee knew his stuff when it came to using my rewards credits and upgrades etc. when I noticed I accidentally bought tickets at the other regal.. I really screwed that up. So I asked him can I switch tickets.. he's like yes I think you can and got a manager. Knowing it was on my error I was at the mercy of the employees.. it was 12:50 and the movie was at 1.. they could have said tough order another set or too bad, nope this manager saved the day for my son. She was able to work her magic and get us into the movie with time to spare. I am forever grateful. Between the amazing employees at concessions to the management I am impressed. This whole experience could have been so awful but it was amazing. Thank you! I didn't grab the name but they were there today and definitely deserve recognition for their great job.

When my wife, who never curses walks out and says, "That was too F***ing Loud!" there is something wrong! After we left to find my daughter and law who had to leave after an hour and a half because her ears were hurting to much and my son who made it an hour before he said he was getting nauseous from the sound vibration, we left. My ears were ringing all the rest of the day and half of the next. My wife said she was done with movie theaters. It was just ridiculous. Been to a lot of concerts and non of them were as loud as they played this movie.

There isn't much of a choice here (which I guess is why they get away with their ridiculous policy). As I walked into the door, I had my purse on my arm and the first thing that was said to me was NOT welcome to the theater, thank you for coming, it was "you cannot bring your purse in here". I was confused and didn't understand and he said it again, you can't bring your purse in here if it's bigger than a piece of paper 8.5"X11"!! I still didn't understand as I have never heard of such a thing and asked to speak to the manager. She comes up and rudely says that it's policy for the safety of our patrons. I was flabbergasted. IF someone was hell bent on doing something bad, are they going to carry it in their purse?!? My daughters truck did not lock so I said I'm not leaving in the car so they said I had to put it in the office or leave. TRUST THIS, if I wouldn't have had two very upset grandkids, I would have left that very second and not spent a single penny in this place. I then told her she could search my purse - she then RUDELY says "it's not my responsibility to search your purse" you have to leave it in the office - so I had to leave my purse in the office (not locked in a cabinet or anything, just sitting on a desk. You seem to have a captive audience because I understand there isn't much in the way of a choice in movie theaters in this area. If there were a choice, I guarantee you would change that policy very quickly. This is a smaller theater with less screens, but the amazing seating is an appreciated surprise in this smaller city. The lobby is still a bit outdated but they make up for it in the actual theater spaces. There are pleather, electric reclining seats that have cushy seats and armrests and have the spacious stadium seat setup that makes no head large enough to block your view (and good for distancing, if that's a consideration for you). This was the perfect spot to bring my kids for their first movie theater experience. The armrests move upward if you need some cuddle action with your kids or your honey. :-) Check online to see how many people have purchased tickets, pick your own seats for purchase, and definitely check out the discounted tickets on Tuesdays.
