Our son is attending college near Southbridge and was experiencing an oil leak on his Jetta. Our son did some research and found himself at Stebbins. He was greeted with professionalism and kindness from Frankie who then referred him to Will to look at his car. After looking at the car extensively he showed our son the possible problems with the issue. Since our son is unfamiliar with automotive repair he reached out to us to let us know that the car would need repair. Since we are 3,000 miles away we called Stebbins. Will graciously took extensive time to explain to us what he found in his troubleshooting and assured us he would take good care of our son and if there were any issues he would take his time to ensure our son was safe and all was repaired efficiently and affordable. They took excellent care of the car and our son and continue to help our son with all his automotive needs. Frankie has also gone above and beyond to educate us "Texans" on how our son's car can run safely in extreme snow/icy weather. This business is top notch and trustworthy. Duquette's service station was the closest to St. Vincent's so I just drove there carefully and showed up without an appointment throwing myself on his mercy. Eli was the only mechanic on duty that day, and he had just become owner of the shop a month ago when the former owner retired. He immediately understood, called to find out the cost of parts, gave me a very fair price and had the brakes done within 90 minutes! The entire experience was fabulous: the waiting room has cushy chairs, the place is very clean and inviting, Eli offered bottles of water and snacks and was both a skilled mechanic and an amazing host. I will definitely be going back there!

This time shocks struts, tires, breaks and much more. Needless to say when I picked the car up a loud thump coming from the passenger rear and very shaky steering wheel. I brought it back and they said they didn't hear anything and it maybe the small bag of tools in the trunk, which I knew it absolutely wasn't. Nevertheless the son agreed to replace the rear strut thinking it may be defective. When I picked it up the next time I was only charged labor but it was still thumping. The father told me ya know the car is getting old, even though the thump was never there before the work. Anyway upon doing a very little research, my particular car must have different bushings if aftermarket struts are used otherwise there will be an unnoticeable gap and cause a thump. He rebalanced the tires to address the shaky steering which worked great but charged me again to balance. So I paid twice to balance the tires properly and still dealing with the thump. I refuse to go back at this point reason being they rip the back seat apart with grease all over as well as not reassembling the correct way. Oh ya the breaks have been squealing loudly since I picked up the car the first time, my guess is cheap parts. The son is more approachable and easier dealing with, the father is very ignorant. I think the guy working the shop, Tommy, has a substance issue and has spent the check. I took another car in for a small issue and he basically kidnapped me to a bar - I was alone and afraid to say no to his insistence and put myself in any danger. This guy has serious issues. Do not take your car here and do not go to the shop alone if you're a woman.

I don't know much about the area, but I ended up taking my vehicle here in a panic, after getting an estimate elsewhere, and after failing to pass state inspection because of the car's smashed front bumper. Everyone at WFM was immediately helpful. I just showed up (in a panic!) and a few folks came out to take a look at the damage to my front bumper/side door/hood/headlight and to talk me through their initial thoughts on repairs. They also cleaned up the bumper a little and made sure the sharp pieces where it had been smashed weren't exposed. They secured my loose headlight so it wouldn't fall off, until I could take it in for repairs. A couple days later, my partner dropped my car and estimate off at WFM while I was at work. When I picked it up 2.5 weeks later, it looked even better than when I first got it. The bumper, hood, door, and headlight were so meticulously repaired and detailed. Not only that, but the folks at Worcester Foreign Motors totally cleaned the outside and inside of my car as well, free of charge. This could not have been an easy task: the car had been a mess after moving all my stuff and two cats up the coast. It looks like a brand new car now. It was stressful to have the accident so soon after moving, but a blessing to find these folks. I highly recommend WFM to anyone, and I will be taking my car back there in the future.

They towed it, all new dents,scratches on my 2018 GMC. SSomehow mmy windshield had gotten a big crack, there absolutely nothing wrong with my windshield, and all new little dents and huge scratches all down the side of it. I have pictures of my GMC before they towed it because I've heard sometimes towed companies do this and then deny it. Getting a lawyer to see if I can sue for damages.
