This is one of their smaller cafe locations, but it has the usual - very good, inexpensive coffee, and some food options. There's different kinds of seating and workspaces, natural light, fast wifi. The main seating area is a bit busier than I like (I distract easily) but towards the back is quieter. There's some "meeting rooms" back there that you could also ask to use for my road warriors and digital nomads. Very well priced, especially after the capital one customer discount. (under $3 for a cortado, in Brickell??) If there was anything to complain about, it's the upholstered chairs aren't really super comfy if you're lingering for long. Such a minor nit to pick! There's several capital one ATMs and banking advisor on site as well, in case you were drawn by the "Capital One" part of the name instead of the "Cafe" You might expect the brand to be a corporate gimmick (a coffeehouse chain by a major financial institution??) but the several I've now visited have all been good coffeeshops and excellent working locations. read more

Love this cafe, it definitely helps having the 50% off with capital one cards as a benefit but honestly for a calm coffee shop and having a place to work or hang out, it's actually such a vibe. The brownee I got was also exceptional and was surprised it was warmed up. My caramel latte with almond milk was also super yummy. I am such a local coffee shop girl that I never thought I would see myself frequenting a place like this. I actively hated the idea. Capital One is just too good at curating a space though; and if the space isn't enough, the half off coffee for capital one cardholders will get ya. It's designed like a co-working space and people pretty much use it as such. You can park it for a long time and no one ever gives you a hard time. Many outlets and places to either sit or stand while you work. I usually grab a spot at a high counter with a chair so I can alternate sitting and standing. Coffee is half off with a capital one card, which is huge with how expensive coffee is these days. They also recently upgraded the coffee from Peet's to Verve, so it's actually quality now. Corporate coffee shops nowadays feel quick stressful and fast food-y, but the Capital One Cafe has a pleasant and calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Workers are super friendly and appear way more relaxed (maybe because they're not mercilessly overworked by pick-up orders!) and people in the cafe are chatty but talking at a respectable volume. The coffee itself is very tasty but not overly sweet and of course if you have a capital one card, that 50% off is a huge discount nowadays. I was surprised to see they even offer more "brunchy" items beyond pastries and heated sandwiches. I had the avocado toast, which was very tasty and reasonably priced. Awesome spot for your meetings and discussions. If you are a medical student this place is good for studying or having a zoom meeting. Staff are very nice and welcoming. They always have a security guard rounding the area to make sure everything is good. It's very safe to bring your laptop and stuff here. Bathroom is super clean and people are not as loud as in other coffee shops and THE BEST PART!!! There is no annoying music in the background playing.
