This lasted for days.

However the credit denials I received were due to the multiple inquires as shown in the us bank denial letter provided I hate leaving poor reviews but the fact I am being charged for the failed delivery to even being close to what was projected caused my review. I found it a poor decision by Ryan to charge for a failed delivery and unfortunately felt it necessary to let others know

I didn't even know that you can hire a consultant to do all this mind numbing work.  Dealing with banks is definitely one of my weaknesses. I had another errand to run in Oak Brook so I decided to stop by their office. I sat down with John and one of the partners of the company.  After some deliberation, I decided to move forward with the process.  This is a decision that I would later thank myself for.  I ended up going with the 5X real estate program they offer. They set me up with a line of credit for $1M to buy properties with! This program is a complete game changer for me and well worth the money they charged me.

Specifically Peter Gottstein ignored office admin's email trying to resolve issues. Then when I left the company and he was still listed as financial adviser on my 401k I contacted him to find out what my options were with my 401k. It took 3 emails to finally get a response. He briefly listed off my options- one of which was to withdraw the money and pay tax and a 10% penalty on it. SO I did that because I didn't have another 401k to roll it over into and didn't care to open one. He immediately pawned my requests off to his assistant who knew nothing about our 401k plan, nor had access to it. Turned out I took a 75% penalty plus taxes! He didn't mention the vested interest hitch I would incur if I withdrew the funds. That would have been nice to know! He's a prick. THis company is BS. DOn't bother if you care about your money.

Chris was friendly, energetic and very knowledgable about everything we threw at him. He was great about pausing to make sure he'd answered all of our questions before he moved on. We spent a good amount of time looking through our retirement accounts, investments, savings, budgets, loans, and goals. Chris sat with us at a big, round table and wrote down tons of notes as we went. He walked us through his calculations for investments and pointed out some huge fees we could avoid. He found us savings and suggested we open a few new accounts to make our money work harder. He definitely did not push any product, company, or anything. He went so far as to tell us to come back to see him only for big financial events. I will be coming back, though! I walked out of the meeting feeling very happy. Chris was honest, helpful and thorough. I have a better grip on my financial standing and a solid plan for investing. Thanks, Chris!
