I can honestly say that Midwest Corporate Credit has literally saved my business. Here's how: We make parts for a large auto manufacturer. Its a huge client for us that makes up 20% of our revenues. We've been supplying to this client for about 4 years now. We ship them the products, 60 days later, they pay us (net 60). All of a sudden they change their terms net 120. There was no way we can float our receivables for 4 months! I applied for a line of credit at our bank and got turned down. Then I applied at 2 other banks. Got turned down. If I didn't get working capital, I'd have to drop this client or lay off several employees. Neither is a good option. When I received an advertisement in the mail, I was very skeptical and just couldn't believe that there would be a company out there that would know more about business finance than my banker. But the ad did say free consultation so what the heck, let's give it a shot. Here's what happened next: Initial Call: When I initially called in and spoke to one of their consultants, he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all the zillion questions I had. Call lasted about 30 minutes. I was still a bit skeptical and hesitant to send over any details about my business finances or credit. So the consultant invited me in for a face to face meeting. Meeting: I went to their office and met with the Credit Consultant that I spoke with on the phone and his supervisor some time in early August. I brought a paper copy of my credit report and financial statement. Within 5 minutes of reviewing both, they were able to give me an estimated amount of unsecured credit/ loans that my business would be able to obtain. They gave me some great information and tips on credit reporting and why they would only recommend lenders that didn't report the business accounts to my personal credit report. Contracts: I came home and reviewed the contract and it was exactly what we had talked about in the meeting with no hidden fees or fine print. I signed it and sent it back. Process: I received a final report on what they found after reviewing my company credit and my credit. Over the next 3-4 weeks, I received weekly status reports on how the application process was going and if there was anything I had to do. At the end of the process, I had received more than the $80K in working capital I was seeking. My bank had only pre-approved me for $20K. Overall, a great service. Upon speaking with them initially, all went well...in fact it was put to me that they usually "under commit and over deliver." I also explained to them without a current business revenue stream (of which was the purpose for the loan), I feared that they may not be able to help me...I was told that this would not be a problem...so I proceeded...signed contract...etc...looking for just over $100k. After several weeks in which I had some personal issues (death in the family) get in the way of some completion of the "mail in" work...I was informed that all I could get was less then 1/3 of our original discussion across 3 lenders. This also along with documents that were said mailed to me (and never arrived) prevented this process from going smoothly. So now with less than a 1/3 of what I needed, I have elected not to initiate the lines of credit as I mentioned previously, with no current revenue stream; after this company failed to provide what they boasted about the most...not just over delivering...but NOT delivering at all... They are more concerned with taking me to collections than to try to continue the process...and remedy the issue...or most importantly, taking care of my needs as I had come to them for assistance initially...my needs have totally been abandoned. read more

I was referred to PK Patel and MCC by a good friend who had a very successful experience with them. I then spoke with PK and Miguel and proceeded to ask them countless questions and covered multiple scenarios to which they were very patient, helpful, and extremely insightful. We then strategized on the best way to obtain what I wanted with the best and most cost-effective options. Spoke with a person named Bailey Blaze today inquiring about possibly doing business with them. However he definitely gives the impression that he thinks very highly of himself. Does not know how to connwith new potential businesses. He definitely has an arrogance about him. I cannot recommend doing business with this type of person or company when they have such an attitude. There are many other choices that are available for us business owners and until the owners decide to make a change with this person I would not recommend doing business with this company. read more

The one thing everyone eventually runs out of is capital. As a Real estate investor you seem to encounter this either right in the beginning or soon after. I looked into different companies online on how to increase my capital. I looked around and found a few companies but I was always hesitant on pulling the trigger. It is always tough to trust a company with your info and credit. I soon found Midwest Corporate credit and spoke with them a few times before I made the jump. I could not be more than happier with my decisions. After the initial consultation I was given a estimate of the amount to expect and they were right on. About two weeks later they delivered as promised. My credit had some flaws and this gave me a great opportunity to build a business relationship with banks. I attended a business expo where Midwest Corporate Credit was one of the vendors. I've always had good credit but I just wasn't aware on how to use it in business. I retained MWCC to obtain working capital for my company. I already had a line of credit with my bank but needed additional capital as the existing credit line did not have sufficient limit.
