I genuinely wish there were an option for zero stars. I don't know how this company got this many good reviews it's all false. It's coming from inside. These people approved me for a loan had me DocuSign my contract one day, the next day they told me I had to verify my bank info by giving them my banks login credentials. After that humiliation ritual was completed I was then supposed to receive a last step call to go over loan repayment. Instead I received a text from Steve asking me if I had received the final repay call. I responded with a no to which he never responded . I then responded again with do I need to call? Still no response. So I called Steve and he immediately started telling me how he's sorry that he thinks "they walked" on the deal. Do not waste your time or energy with these people. They are inhumane and unprofessional. They go out of their way up until the 11th hour to humiliate you. Don't bother. I really don't know but something about the calling and asking for your username and password into your bank account just seems unethical and possible even illegal. read more

As a business owner I tend to shy away from reviewing another business poorly even when I feel wronged. My thoughts are move on, work with someone else and don't attempt to hurt their business. However, if this review helps even one person/company not conduct business with this office than I'll feel I've steered them away from potential disaster. To make a very long story short, I worked with John and Delta the first year I opened my business; after being quoted around $1000 I was actually charged well over $3000 without any forewarning or heads up that I was being billed additional. I had to chase John down for months to actually complete the return. I then just found out (in 2018) they never actually filed the return. They just sent me the paperwork and expected me to do it without any instructions. I would go as far as to say this place is criminal. Do as little work as possible, run the bill up as high as possible without any regard for you or your business. Do yourself a favor and find an actual CPA Attorney. You will pay more with Delta while putting your business at risk. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR TAXES!!!! While employing John Danegelis, I missed out on a deduction 2 years in a row because he wouldn't check into the IRS rules and apply them to my income bracket. I asked if I was entitled to an IRA contribution deduction in 2013 and again this year while meeting with him for my 2014 taxes on 3/15/15. I got a very vague, unconfirmed answer as to whether I qualified for the deduction or not. Once I got home, I checked into it myself, with 30 seconds of research, and saw it stated very clearly on the IRS.gov website that I was entitled to a deduction. Then, I couldn't get ahold of him to make the amendment after repeated emails and phone messages. When I was finally able to get in touch with him, it was after the 2014 tax deadline of 4/15/15. Be prepared to call him 8-10 times for one returned phone call during tax season with no replies to your emails. Instead of being apologetic, when we finally did connect to talk, he explained that he doesn't answer his phone or reply to email during tax season! AND tried to say we didn't talk about this deduction in 2013 so I ONLY lost out on the money in 2014! He said there is nothing that could be done about this year's or last year's deductions when again, after checking online, you can file a 1040X. Also, when I paid for my 2014 taxes and picked up my return, all my receipts and statements were lost! If this is the type of "no customer service" you want from an accountant that is only available to push your filing through and provide no expertise, then come here! If not, save yourself the hundreds of dollars and file them yourself because just caring about your hard-earned money, makes you more qualified! UPDATE - I just received my combined 2013 & 2014 1040X refund of $2,446.24 for the IRA deductions that John said I wasn't entitled to just so you know this complaint is valid. read more
