My tax was simple, I gave them all my information in Feb but they didn't tell me until the day before deadline that they had file extension. Absolutely nightmare. They are selectively "friendly" to certain customers. If you bring in a lot of tax revenue to them they will treat you well. In my case, the owner pretty much told me I was nothing to their business, they would not accept me as a customer because my tax was too simple and cheap to do. Probably also why they deprioritized my tax filing till after the deadline. What a disgrace read more

Never, and I mean never, use this company for any sort of business matter. My apartment was purchased by a new owner and they became the property manager. During the summer, our air conditioner broke and we needed it to be fixed. Our son was only 5 months old at the time, so obviously as a baby, his body is not able to regulate in heat as easily as an adult, so it was a major concern. It took them 5 days to fix the unit after they said it would take them one day. After three days, someone called us and told us it was fixed, so we packed up all of our belongings and took them back to our apartment only to be met by the contractor who said "I'm not sure who told you your AC is fixed, but it isn't.". We ended up spending the entire day driving back and forth from the hotel we were staying in to our apartment and dealing with packing and unpacking our belongings. When we brought this incident up to our main point of contact (Yue He), she yelled at us and told us she was "having a bad day". I have no idea what this company even does - they list taxes, real estate, retirement planning, and insurance on their website. Just stay away from them. Honestly, we move away from that apartment simply because they were the ones we had to deal with. read more

I had my tax prepared by Jun in 2021. She was very thorough and helpful, and I felt very confident in her work. The following year, I switched over to a more junior accountant in order to get the 50% off return client discount. She was fine, but certainly not as informative as Jun was. Last year, I was randomly assigned to Wuyang Ji, who was awful. He had absolutely no interest in answering my questions and failed to submit my owed state tax, so they made me send a check to Dept. of Revenue myself after I realized by July that money was never withdrawn from my bank account for my state tax. This year, there was a minimum of $500 for tax forms, so I opted for Turbo Tax instead. read more

Overpriced and deceptive advertising. $80 for a 1040 is reasonable, quoting that much to someone and then charging them exorbitantly extra for not-complicated forms is ridiculous. I HAVE to file a healthcare coverage form, why charge $40 to do it? We went here because we thought our situation was complicated, and our questions were dismissed.
