The people at Tree Life Financial Solutions intentionally registered my business name that I have been doing business as an assumed name to be spiteful. They tried to justify it because I also do credit repair and they're stating that I stole their platform even though I have been doing credit repair since 2018. Before they were even around. Not only one but two businesses as they also registered my venue name. Hopefully they will dissolve the LLC they created with my two business names as they stated they would. I can only imagine the intentions they had behind this. These are not the type of people that I would want to do business with. read more

I've given this company over 5 months to get their stuff together. Over the last few months I have been living a nightmare! As a mother of 2 a new nursing mother of a 5 month old I have been going through an extremely rough time especially dealing with these people. I have multiple screenshots regarding communication being very little to none between us, expressing my concerns without an outcome close to what they promised.I decided to invest in my credit to be able to have a little more room to breathe. My goal was to refinance my vehicle and eventually get a new home. I've been asking all the right questions but they never have a reliable answer, they send a picture of what your scores are to them but they do not reflect on a profile that they made me open to keep monthly updates $25 a month since November 2021. That profile I'm paying for monthly updates hasn't had updates since march and there is no significant change if any at all. I reached out to multiple employees (Patricia,Carmen,Bertha and another who's name I'm not sure of) who have not communicated amongst themselves because they always have to call back so they can contact each other about it and then the wait is 2-3 days sometimes longer to get a call back but then not a thing has been resolved!!!! They sent me "lawyer advice" about a defamation case they have going on that I came across because of an unprofessional post PATRICIA the owner posted antagonizing a woman I have no idea who she was(NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO HER) but thanks to that post I was able to read and sympathize with other victims who pay these people. THEN I SHARED MY HONEST EXPERIENCE WITH TREELIFE. I am in no way shape or form participating in any type of defamation, I have RECEIPTS!!!!! My personal experience has nothing to do with the legal proceedings TREELIFE is experiencing ! That has absolutely nothing to do with me why try and intimidate me by telling me about their lawyer and their legal battles. They instead of fixing the problem canceled my program, when I asked why it was canceled they said because I was unhappy with communication but it goes way further than communication and then asked if I wanted to continue the program AGAIN and then TERMINATED it AGAIN.MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! At this point I feel unsafe in my home, I feel unsafe with my identity as I do not trust PATRICIA or any of the women who have MY PERSONAL INFORMATION in this COMPANY. Will they make a post about me too? Will I be the next victim? I really gave them a chance to figure this out and instead they try and silence me by sending me a very much felt threat, with a lawyer and a defamation case that has nothing to do with me. Then they wanna say no we are not we are in no way saying you're involved in legal matters.... Well then why am I hearing anything about a lawyer or a defamation case??? If anything I have falsely been accused by PATRICIA for receiving services without paying. I asked for proof of consent to touch my file for those purposes and it has been denied to me as they sent a "final" email without answering any of my questions! I have screenshots proving I SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT WOMEN AND TOLD THEM I WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THOSE collections because they haven't even finished with our initial contract!!!!Later i found out they were already being worked on and I was being harassed for payment which yes they apologized but only because I kept telling them I owe you nothing stop harassing me for payment.How did the financial department get a YES from me if I am clearly said NO! I asked for a DOCUMENTED CONVERSATION that NEVER happened because they do not care. What they are doing right now effects my life more than you know. I trusted you all to help me better myself and now I've wasted almost a year trusting blindly in this company! I will not be quite. I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK including money spent on a profile you all did NOT update since march!!!!! Don't just dismiss me and my concerns and send just what you think is accurate! I want explanations! Send me proof of everything I've asked for!!! read more
