Roger took his time to sit down and explain everything to me in detail. The second year, however, was not the same. I sent in my paperwork for my taxes. I had to keep calling to see when it was ready. It took quite awhile. While I know it was a very busy time, keeping me informed would have been helpful. I was finally told they were ready to sign and pickup so I set up an appointment. When I went in, they said I just needed to sign and then pay them their money. I wanted to speak to Roger but they asked me what it was about and when I told them, they said that would be a financial matter and I would need another appointment and to pay for that. What!!! I'm in there about my taxes and have questions regarding it and future taxes but I can't see Roger about that without incurring additional fees?
