Our home was a late 90's build where everything that could have been done wrong was done wrong…read more Joe and William, our project managers, oversaw everything from new windows to new siding to a new roof and paint job. Every step of the remodel was done with transparency and attention to detail. From our window crew of Tyler and Reed to each specialized crew, each project was done in a timely manner, and each crew was respectful, hardworking, and attentive. Joe did a great job setting up the project and keeping us informed of the process and William was an amazing manager, checking in with his crews and going above and beyond to make sure every detail was to our liking. Our home looks so much better than it ever did before. I would use Cutting Edge again and would recommend them without reservations.

The siding team was INCREDIBLE. Huge shout out to Patricio and Aldy. Those guys were awesome!! They did a fantastic job with the siding, were professional, respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The crew kept everything clean throughout the project, and the job site was always well taken care of. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The sales process was great, communication was good, and everyone we dealt with was easy to work with. Even the owner stopped by during the project to check in and make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. There was one small hiccup where a product hadn't been ordered, but honestly, things happen. What impressed me was how quickly they addressed it. They got it taken care of the very next day without making it a big deal. Overall, we're really happy with how everything turned out and with the experience we had with Cutting Edge Contracting. We'll definitely have them back to finish the rest of the house in the future. Highly recommend!

Andy Johnston Construction (AJC) completed a whole house renovation of a house I bought in Fairway Village that was built in1985 and was pretty much original drab. I'm a senior citizen and needed/wanted a general contractor that would coordinate the entire project. AJC did just that. There were no delays, surprises or budget overruns. The 1300 sq foot house had 8 different types of ugly flooring. I now have two types - carpet and LVP. On the outside, AJC painted the exterior and trim, installed an adorable front door and replaced all windows. On the inside, the kitchen was gutted and new cabinets and appliances were installed. The master bath was gutted and a tub was turned into a delightful walk-in shower. Both bathrooms' vanities, toilets and fixtures were replaced. Lighting throughout was re-designed and updated and, of course, every room and the ceilings were repainted. Another project delight was the redesign/reface of an ugly fireplace that now has a gas insert that is remote controlled. AJC gave me a list of prior customers' who were happy to talk with me about their positive experience with their projects. Also, BTW, I had lived through two other kitchen & bath remodels with different contractors over the years and by far Andy Johnston Construction was the very best experience and outcome I have had.
