Unfortunately, he passed…read moreaway and in helping my mother-in-law I saw a written note that Fence Crafters was supposed to contact my father-in-law 6 to 8 weeks but 10+ weeks later I reached out to Fence Crafters and they claim the permits were not ready on time but I found otherwise. These guys took 50% deposit ($1,950 which seemed steep for 30 to 40 feet of chain-linked fence) and did not care about the situation and basically said refunds only happen within 72 hours, I said, then can we at least have the fence that you supposedly bought and of course this was a no go, These guys are very expensive, they take forever and could not care less about any situation --- please look elsewhere for your fences. These guys could have done the right thing or some in-between arrangement but they must need the money.
