WARNING.....***DO NOT GO TO THIS MD***…read more My name is Holly and I have Severe Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalitis. I have disabled and a shut in for 15 years. I am severely disabled! (see photo). After 3 months with Dr.Goyal, I am so much worse that I can barely care for myself. After bloodwork, I was told by Dr. Goyal that I was diabetic. The degree of neglect constitutes a Breach of Medical Ethics. The Staff was Horrible!!! I was treated rudely, angrily, and with a complete lack of compassion. During one phone call with Dr. Goyal, she hung up on me. I literally begged the staff to help me get through to her, to no avail. I have been trying to research Diabetes myself. I have never complained about an MD before but will be sending this to the appropriate board for review. Take note, Dr. Goyal first appeared to be very kind. Do not let that fool you. Please read all of the other bad reviews. 1. Never explained Diabetes at all. 2. Never discussed Diabetic Diet at all. 3. Never prescribed Metformin, when I could not afford $700 a month for Ozempic. 4. Never discussed any of the many other diabetic medication which could be less expensive. 5. Never suggested a Glucose Monitor. 6. Never ordered Physical Therapist to access me for Wheelchair. 7. Never ordered Home Health. 8. Never explained Chronic Fatigue/ Myalgic Encephalitis to Staff. 9. Never explained to Staff my Extreme Sensitivity to Light and Noise and need to speak to me very slowly and quietly. 10. Never returned my 5 phone calls placed every Monday for 5 weeks. 11. Never delivered a month of Wegovey samples to my home as promised in July. 12. Never explained Wegovy must be taken at the same time daily, which is impossible with Severe Chronic Fatigue/ Myalgic Encephalitis. 13. Never acknowledged that Wegovy is not approved for diabetes and therefore would not be approved by insurance company. 14. Therefore, I did not have any diabetic medication in three months. 15. Did not understand Severe Chronic Fatigue/Myalgic Encephalitis, because she said, " I do not have any physical or biological means to prove you need an electric wheelchair." 16. Staff was rude and even accused me of lying. 17. At this point, I canceled all future appointments, and in search for a new MD. 18. However, without a wheelchair of any kind, I cannot walk from my front door to a car, to get to a new MD. 19. I have been disabled and a shut in for 15 years. 20. My overall health and ability to care for myself has been greatly reduced because of Dr. Goyal's complete disregard for my care. This is a question of Medical Ethics which must be addressed.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. I received a call from…read morethe office confirming my appointment, yet no one bothered to tell me that the provider I was scheduled to see was retiring from the facility. That is extremely important information that should have been communicated when my appointment was confirmed. Instead, I was left believing I would be seeing the provider I originally scheduled with. This wasted my time and created unnecessary frustration. I understand that providers retire and circumstances change, but patients deserve to be informed about significant changes that affect their appointments and care. Simply confirming an appointment while withholding such important information is unacceptable. I strongly encourage this office to improve its communication with patients. Our time matters, and we should not have to arrive for an appointment to discover information that should have been provided to us beforehand.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robin Hall since April 2012. Having been a health advocate for most of…read moremy adult life, I became frustrated by the traditional doctor that would only address an illness, once you had it. Dr. Hall's approach is to advise and treat you to prevent illnesses and will allow you to improve and extend your life. Her process and care are probably something that you never experienced or knew existed. Her annual physicals include extensive blood analysis to identify hidden issues that can be corrected before they become a problem. Her specialty is heart health, but she is well versed, educated and certified in many areas of adult human physiology, and medicine. Her staff and office personnel are very pleasant, well trained, and efficiently organized. You will never wait longer than five minutes to see the doctor once you arrive for an appointment. Also, never once was I not able to book a same day appointment. This is one great benefit of having a Concierge Membership. Regarding results, I just completed my eighth year of her care and physicals. Due to her consultations and advice, my recent health report is the best it has ever been. It has been a journey, but well worth it. Her tests have allowed me to balance my body's nutrients, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, exercise, etc. to the point that my arterial age indicator is fifteen years younger than my actual age of sixty-nine years old. You only get to live once! May as well make it a long, healthy, and enjoyable one. Ron R. Southlake, TX

I should also, add this was about a year or so ago, but had intended to write this review. We won't be coming back and have since moved my mother to FL and we will be seeing Dr. Svendsen in Navarre. Au'revoir.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Made an appointment in July for a physical in late August, and I show up today…read moreand they tell me they can't give me a physical because they haven't contacted my insurance for coverage- who's fault is that? Not mine! I gave you my insurance information TWICE! I then offer to pay whatever isn't covered and again- no! It's not like the place was busy, it was empty!! They tell me I can have a 'consultation' and pay the $25 copay, but they couldn't do anything that would be part of the physical-I'd still need to come back for that (which is free under my insurance plan, which I showed them on my phone...) No comment on the doctors, because the office staff prevented me from ever seeing them!!

They work with you as partners in your health; they are very receptive and will take the time to discuss symptoms and possible treatments. The Doctors also stress the importance of diet and nutrition, and do not solely rely on prescriptions and medications to treat all health issues. Overall, the Doctors are friendly, very competent at their jobs, and trustworthy.

June 12, 2015…read more Premiere Healthcare North Texas Dr. Jeffrey M. Shadle I went to Dr Shadle's office for my annual physical June 11 of 2015. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment. I scheduled this appointment three months prior to the actual date of the appointment and I reconfirmed the appointment on June 9th on the Premiere Healthcare automated e-mail I received. When I arrived at Dr Shadle's office, the waiting room staff was downright rude to me. I asked where Dr. Shadle, was since I fasted for over 14 hours for this appointment. The response I received regarding his whereabouts was "He had stuff to do" To Dr Shadle's waiting room staff it was no big deal that I fasted for 14 hours prior to my appointment, they didn't even try to get me to someone that could draw my blood. Dr Shadle's staff did try to reschedule for two weeks later on June 25th, but I indicated that I would be on vacation. This for an appointment I already scheduled three months prior to this date. The next available appointment according to their staff was six weeks out. I indicated to Dr Shadle's staff that "I was firing Dr Shadle as my physician". I require a Doctor that actually takes his patients health seriously, not a doctor that "has other stuff to do". I again asked for a real reason, Dr. Shadle, wasn't in the office (I had just driven 45 minutes in traffic to his office). His staff reiterated that "He had stuff to do" . The Premier Healthcare Staff further berated me for not having a cell phone (I do have a cell phone, however, I have provided my Work and Home Phone numbers, I would hope he would make a vigilant effort to contact me since they are canceling an appointment. Contact me on my work number during work hours and home phone during before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. hours). I am vigilant about taking the required medication and always following my doctor's guidelines regarding medication and making sure I attend all doctor's appointments as scheduled. In my entire life, I have never had a doctor or dentist or orthodontist or doctor of any kind, for that matter, cancel an appointment. Dr Shadle's didn't make a vigilant effort to notify me 24 hours before my appointment that, Dr. Shadle, wouldn't be in the office,
