They made tremendous progress at Warm Springs summer classes compared to a whole year at the other swim school. Secondly, this club facility has improved a lot in the past year. Updated bathrooms, better lighting, security cameras, new loungers, etc. Lastly, the hot tub and sauna are the most underrated features of this club IMO. Definitely looking forward to returning next year.

For an extra $50 per month on top of membership fees, the Recovery area looks most attractive/my favorite. Cryolounge, compression therapy, float therapy, red light therapy, cold therapy, and more! Perfect sauna inside and all the machines are high tech/new/clean/well managed. Not bad for not having to drive elsewhere for recovery services. They worked efficiently and minimized the mess associated with such extensive concrete/plaster removal, cleaning up the deck area and existing hardscape daily. Pool rust issues, which proved to be more extensive than appeared when the job was bid, were mitigated thoroughly with no additional charges. It initially appeared that there were two rust areas but four were uncovered as plaster removal proceeded. Ernesto Vega, project manager, was really great to work with and quickly responded to our concerns as they arose (phone or text to him works fastest!). Aqua Blue Pools were very competitive with the other four bids we received, although a big factor in selecting them was that they had just completed our neighbor's pool and they are really happy with the results (pool looks beautiful). The whole job took only 2 1/2 weeks even though work stopped 4 days for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are only three days into the startup process to establish the correct water chemistry and the pool, which looked great once Aqua Blue finished the job, is looking even better each day as the water color becomes more correct. BTW, be aware that the water out of the tap looks really odd when first added to the pool, like green swamp water in our location, until the chemical startup is complete (about one or two weeks) and the water chemistry is correct.

For other swim teams at the meets, their coaches were there watching each kid and giving them improvement advice and cheering them on right there after their swim. No wonder swimmers from other teams all have very similar swim style while SUNN swimmers pretty much have to pick it up or figure it out on their own. I watched very closely each time as I had to be the volunteer timer at these meets. I pulled my kids out after 1+ year as I don't see much stroke or time improvement. Very disappointed that it didn't turn out to be what we heard.

Today when I brought my son in, they said I can't sit on the tables to work as I am not a member. So basically I am sitting at the entrance, there is no charger plug for my computer and I can't use the bathroom. When I asked Gary in membership if an email had been sent to parents to inform them of this new rule, I was told no and that it is a new rule being enforced since 5/1. I drive across town to bring my son to the camp however where am I supposed to go while he is in camp. I am so angry at the price point that I am paying. This is just wrong and extremely bad business. I am very upset and angry. I would like a refund for the camp so I can take him out and not have to come in from next week. Shame on you!
