I go here on a regular basis. Danny or Tina usually helps me. My nails often break and they do a great job fixing them. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The places is bigger than most places so it doesn't feel like you're on top of each other and have plenty of personal space. For my fill and shape (pictured) I paid $40 before tip.

I have been to a million salons around the world and this is TRULY the best ever!! I got the Acrylic tips for my manicure and a regular pedicure and they have lasted for literally up to 4 weeks, with no chips or breaking. the staff is super nice and professional, listen to your needs and try to accommodate. I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed and they did an excellent job, I received many compliments. The store is huge and clean, and they have the most options of colors i have ever seen in a salon! I would recommend to anyone

I still have dip in my nails that he just painted over

I made an appointment to have my dip polish removed and my nails painted. Danny, the owner I believe, took me and began. Very rushed, rude, and a few times I had to ask him to stop because he was hurting me. I got French nails that started to chip the same day. I expressed that I wasn't happy with the service while I was there and he basically shrugged me off. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

I had a french dip which cost $50 on 2/3/22 and on 2/14/22 the corners started chipping and the white tips were turning yellow. I called and was told to come in and they would fill where the chips were. I decided to just have them taken off. When they were removed they wanted to charge me $10. An offer to come back for a free dip would have been nice. :(

My nails immediately after and when I got home. Ouch!

This is honestly one of the worst experiences getting a manicure and pedicure I have ever had. We made an appointment for 2:30 and didn't get in until 3 with my whole of 4 party split up. The older man pretended not to know English until it was convenient for him - not wanting to answer questions but then yelling at me for shifting. He was also very unpleasant, like he was angry at my fingers or toes every time they didn't do what he thought they should do, giving slight nonverbal cues along the way. He cut my cuticles so short I was bleeding- to which he did not apply any sort of antiseptic. On the same note, the nail brushes at the sink were not in any kind of sterile solution, just a cup. Although the space was renovated, the manicure area provides very little room for your legs, so if you're tall, I wish you luck. The woman sitting next to me had her legs squished against the bar area. As a short person, me legs were even against the bar area, preventing me to push in far enough to put my hands far enough in, leading my manicurist to yank my arms forward and then say they were too far forward! For the rest of the time I had to hunch in order to put my hands at a comfortable space for him to do my nails. Overall, what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing girl's day turned out to be a stressful and somewhat painful time. That said, most of the unpleasant parts came from Joe specifically. Clean, soft feet after the pedicure.

The people here are so friendly and nice. I came in at 9:45 and they were ready for me.. On Labor Day! The nail technician put me on a chair in the perfect temperature water. Then she cleaned her tools right in front of me with alcohol. They even gave my feet a mask and they looked so soft and brand new afterwards. My feet were covered in calluses and peeled skin and dried skin. But she fixed them up and they're beautiful! Great customer service! The manicure was also a great treat. It was amazing. She recleaned the tools so cleanliness is not a problem here! Also the salon is beautiful!! I live in Boston and go to the nail salons on newbury street and they are nothing compare to this salon. It is literally the best I've been in Mass. I love it!

    Overpriced hack job

I am beyond angry. I walked in to be asked what I needed... the lady who spoke to me was very rude but I gave it the benefit of the doubt anyway, thinking maybe it was just a culture or language barrier. The lady who did my nails was somewhat friendly, and I got the French manicure dip powder, which I normally get where I live. She did a horrible job! The lines are uneven and different thicknesses, and the nails aren't even square! To top it off, there is white all throughout where it is supposed to be just the pink part, possibly because she didn't have me wash my hands before putting the top coat on. That dip manicure was the only service I had done there and they charged me $50 for this hack job!!! When I questioned the price the guy who worked there was very rude about it. That's much more than I normally spend for a good job! Do not recommend!!!

Worst pedicure ever. 30 second massage. Super fast, not worth it. Find another place.

While I didn't have him, I know people who go just for Danny and they say he's the best at what he does.

I said I don't mind paying xtra I really would love a massage, my feet are killing me. She said ok. She massaged calves & feet for barely 1 minute each. She said I'm sorry but we are too busy for a massage today. She did a great job w the trim & polish. I will find another place that gives a good massage.

I just wanted a regular one but real quick let him talk me into a gel pedicure for 17 more dollars. I was ok with it cause i thought spending 50 not including tip, i would definitely get a quality one. Everything was good at first but then it was over. He did nothing my feet were just like they were when i got there. He used no pedicure tools. I asked him to use one of them and he said no i just do it like that and i put good lotion. I said again can you use the tools for dry dead skin. He said no no. I said i am not happy you did not do anything. I asked again for him to please do a good job cause i didnt want to have to go elsewhere. He kept saying no i just scrub and lotion. I said i didnt want gel cause i was not happy. He went and got regular polish, when he came back i showed him what i was unhappy about and what i'd like done. He refused. I said dont even paint them you did nothing. I was 100% unhappy. He got mad and told me to get out. I have gotten 100's of pedicures and i wanted nothing extra. Just what is always done. First one of the season, i would of paid top dollar and tipped him great if he did a good job. I am having horrible experiences down here with customer service. I want nothing extra only what is expected. The language barrier , i feel is being used as an excuse. I went to my normal place in plymouth paid $32 got a great pedicure and left a 25 tip. Girl said she could not tell anything was done.
