I wouldn't recommend getting acrylics done here. I got an excruciatingly painful acrylic set done here in January. I used to go here in like 2024 when the owner was an old couple and their grown daughter. I went recently to find the place under new ownership. People were really nice and the nails looked cute but my fingers were so sore I couldn't even pick stuff up and had trouble sleeping that night. Ive literally never experienced anything like it. My nails were fine after 3 days of not being able to use my hands because my nails were truly that sore. I had the guy btw. Sad to leave this review, I have been going here since i was a kid. read more

Just had a mani pedi with Tina.Very meticulous! I'll be back for sure.Everyone is so friendly.

I called and made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure which ended up being $105. The pedicure was fine definitely not as in depth with the pumice stone as I would like. After the pedicure, I had to wait additional 25 minutes for my nails to even be started, which is frustrating because I did have an appointment but the workers kept accepting new clients while they were still existing client still sitting and waiting. My nails turned out decent but upon further examination, I found a piece of hair in one of my nails... I asked when I first arrived. , if they were able to give me the style I requested based on a picture they assured me yes. Unfortunately my nails turned out nothing like the picture. read more

I went to Jenny's nails when it was in the plaza near Buzzards Bay Pizza. It was owned by a wonderful and kind couple. I thought it was the same owners but it was not. I had previously been to get my nails done in Hyannis and it was so clean i was so pleased. The only precaution that seems to be in place is the plexiglass. Every tool used just came out of a drawer- not sanitized or throw away or anything. The girl who took care of me did a wonderful job. I am so shocked they are completely clueless about what is acceptable for a nail salon. I will not return and I'm wondering who I need to inform to get that place clean. read more

They talked poorly about my daughter and I in their native language thinking I didn't understand.. .I DID. I'd you want to get your nails done how THEY want. Go here. Went in for a fill and a toenail polish change. Most places will cut your toenails a bit and clean them up a bit. This was strictly a polish change. The guy who did my fill was good. But didn't use the color I chose. Instead he tried to get a similar color with a gel polish so they could get me out the door faster with the fast drying gel, because someone was waiting on him. Also, very expensive. A fill and toenail polish change was $43. Fill was $30. I normally pay $20 for a fill. read more

In addition to being dirty, tired and unprofessional looking in appearance, their credit card machine didn't work, we couldn't transact payment via venmo...I had to leave, go to atm and come back in order to pay them...AND they charge more than other places I've tried on the cape. read more

I needed a fill with gel polish, they took me right away with no wait. It was a friendly environment and good selection of colors. The nail tech was detailed and didn't rush. I was a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Started off with them when they were in Buzzard's Bay. Then it changed ownership at the end of February. What is most disappointing is that the new ownership and staff lied to the customers about it and said that Ty and Nina were just on vacation and would be coming back. They kept up this lie for weeks even after if became obvious that Ty and Nina weren't coming back. I looked in the public record and it had legally changed hands prior to the beginning of the lie. I will never do business with people who will outright lie to keep customers. Also that isn't even a lie that you can keep up for very long... I am not the only one who has taken my business elsewhere. If they can't even tell the truth about who owns the business, can you really trust that they are licensed, following health code, etc.? I'm just so disappointed about this. read more

This place is awesome! My feet were a mess and got a full spa pedi, including scrubbing heels, calves, and hot stone massage all for $30. They were so nice...it was hot out and were giving out iced cold bottled water to each customer. Great location, plenty of parking, really clean. Lots of customers so they must be popular and have a loyal clientele. read more

went there today and asked for a full set of acrylics with long nails. The person that did my nails cut them to the same length as my natural nail and the guy wouldn't listen to me when i asked for coffin and thick acrylic the nails looked really bad i wanted to cry. so i paid left and took them off. went to mimi nails after and paid even less for much more then i asked because of the damage that was caused to my nails. my father and i went back after i got my nails redone and asked for my money back and they were yelling and calling us liars. i'm never going back there again. read more

Massage chairs were loud, outdated and my controller hardly worked to even turn it on. The poor stranger next to me asked if my chair worked because her chair didn't work either. I told her unfortunately no. Nobody seemed to care out of the staff working. The person who I had could barely say 3 worlds in English and was blabbing to their coworkers and laughing in whatever language, being obnoxious while it clearly wasn't relaxing for any of the customers to hear...nor was it showing me any respect that I'm not going to get cut by the nail gun.... The people who weren't working on clients were wayy too relaxed on their cell phones slouching around in public like they haven't worked in hours. Very unprofessional and the pedi chairs must work if you're going to get a pedi.. very important! I couldn't wait for the experience to be over actually. The nail fill took way longer than any fill I've ever had.. Nails came out good though. Lo and behold after so much more blabber they cut me with the nail gun. The excuse for cutting my finger was that I was moving too much when in reality they were blabbing away taking their time like I had 3 hours to spend on a pedi and a fill and looking at their coworkers more than my nails.. Which is how I got cut. I was so mad at that point. Not relaxing one bit. I'm glad I made it out of there with all fingers and toes in tact I definitely will never come back read more
