Most of the clothes have been picked clean before 10 am on a Saturday- especially if you have a size farther away from a zero. The shoes section is seriously a waste of time an a plague on your sanity but sometimes you might be able to find some swanky kicks .. maybe. Perfume selection is the only section I find what I came for. I end up getting a new bathroom rug every time I go because let's face it - the kitchen and bathroom sections of these places are the best ! The real sleeper? Pet section. Eff petco and their stupid high prices. Dog toys (that just get destroyed in an hour anyways) are 30-50% cheaper here and the clearance sections are the place to start. Dog beds too. Pet everything ! And shoot if you forget something TJX Corp know they have long lines so they throw all kinds of stuff in the aisle while you wait for your turn- including candles, dog treats, socks, cards, sunblock and a lot more.

My…read more69-year-old mother, who has a bad back, and my sister, who is handicapped, recently bought a house and visited your store in search of affordable furniture--though I must say, it's quite pricey and not very well maintained, likely due to poor service from your staff. Despite her difficulties, my mom brought a book and some measurements with her and was taking her time looking around because she needs it. So why should she or my sister be judged for that? When I arrived to meet them, I noticed that my mother was being closely followed and questioned multiple times about whether she needed assistance. To make matters worse, employees even announced they were calling security and continued to trail us. As we were leaving, the security guard left his post to watch us from his parked car with his headlights on. That feels like harassment. It's troubling that your staff would automatically assume those who take longer are shoplifters. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your team and provide them with training to prevent this kind of treatment. Because of this experience, I--and everyone I know--will think twice before stepping foot in your store again. We are seriously considering taking legal action we firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, especially in places where they should feel safe and welcomed. As we were checking out, one of the cashiers was complaining about each customer as they left her register. I heard her complain about how much she hates when customers don't speak English and I heard her call another customer entitled. Unfortunately, she did not have her name tag on. In addition, another staff member was using the restroom and was verbally swearing. She was in the stall for over 5 minutes and then left without washing her hands. There are many other Marshall's and TJ Maxx locations nearby that I will frequent instead.
