Reinforcing and leveling the floor took about 2 weeks but when the project was done the floor repair was totally necessary and added so much to the finished result. Also if you are hoping the project will be done in a few weeks, it might, however the bigger the project the more chance for delays. Pros: I was communicating with a team of extremely competent people. Each is a specialist in a narrow field. Greg has an incredible sense of design and really digs into the details. Sonja handles the crew that does the prep, construction and heavy lifting. Mylia coordinates all products to be ordered. Special shout out to Bill who handles anything going on with all the crews. He returns your text or call in a minute or less and remembers every detail of your project. No regrets for me.

I highly recommend this group. In between my two projects with Cape & Islands Kitchens I did another property with a well known, popular Falmouth builder (hint: begins with an "L"). Measurements were scheduled for the day after the sale ended so Bali had to give permission to honor the sale prices. The technician that did the measuring was very nice. On 7/18 Blinds Unlimited was notified that my delivery date was 7/28 but I would wait for installation until 7/30 to give a couple of extra days. I was advised the installation could not be scheduled until I had the blinds, which I received on 7/28. I called Blinds Unlimited when they opened on 7/28 and no one returned my call the entire day. On 7/29 I called again and was advised there were no installations available until 8/13. I lost an entire day of scheduling spots because no one returned my call. Now I have 2 huge boxes measuring 10' long and 11' long sitting in my living room until 8/13.
