Any worries or concerns that I may have had disappeared the moment we pulled into the drive. From the impeccable landscaping to the timely and friendly greeting from the Inn owner, Pattie started the weekend off perfectly. She was both warm and inviting. She took the time to show us her beautiful property and all of its personalized, beautiful features and amenities. The rooms were spacious, impeccable and adorned with all of the luxuries you may want for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping crew left the room spotless and tidy each day as well. Watching Pattie work and care for her guests make the stay just that more special. She truly cares about her guests comfort. My friends and I were able to enjoy her delicious, homemade breakfasts (we could have done better of keeping her informed of any culinary preferences but she was able to accommodate a few reasonable requests). She has truly thought of every detail---from coffee/tea/filtered water access all day to homemade cookies ! Sitting on the veranda together whether in the evening or morning after breakfast, we were able to settle in surrounded by trees and enjoy one another's company. We loved it so much we are thinking of making this an annual visit. Thank you, Pattie for creating the perfect environment for us to laugh, talk and create memories until our next reunion!

The views are very pretty, except for the construction taking place right next store and the line of golf carts blocking the walkway in view during the ceremony. The bar did not have food but sandwiches could be purchased downstairs for a reasonable price. The wedding was delayed and some confusion took place amongst the guest and wedding party on the details. This lead to the grandparents missing the ceremony. The ceremony was short and straight to the point. Appetizers were waiting for guest upon entering the building and quite delicious. They also had some walking appetizers. This lead to high expectations for the dinner. After introductions and dancing, dinner was served. The salad was soggy and the soup was not hot, the rolls came out after the salad and soup. Everyone was served at the table and I was last. When asked what I ordered, I was told they had no more left. That the kids at the table should have gotten chicken fingers(we requested vegetarian meals for them). I had to wait for food to be prepared while those around me ate. What they served wasn't very good - creamy pasta with mushrooms (I requested the vegetarian option). Cake and coffee was served in the lobby. Pizza and meatballs was placed there as well towards the end of the night. I was not the one getting married, just a guest. But from the looks of the place and reading some of the cost, I would have been slightly disappointed in the coordinator and the lack of courtesy of the staff. They were the absolute best. Didn't miss a beat. The venue, the staff and the amazing meal is still being talked about days later. We stood our ground as that's just not something we are interested in doing. Upon arriving to the building we were staying in there was a pile of trash outside the door that remained for the rest of our stay. The smell of the hallways and the units were a bit off putting, and you can tell by certain quirks that the units aren't deeply cleaned. Such as residues in the sinks and walls and finding food behind the tv stand. The units are certainly dated, but they are a decent size for the price, two full size bathrooms, a living/dining area, a bedroom (with a really comfy bed) , a patio and a kitchen with pretty much everything you need (we asked the front desk for a baking sheet and they had one that we could use). The customer service was great through our entire stay, and what really made this review a 3 star instead of 2. This place really needs some updates if they want to keep charging the prices they do. To be fair we came in the winter so we weren't able to utilize all the other amenities such as the mini golf, but I'm not sure that would make a difference for me.

Only drawback was nightly fire by our bathroom window forced us to keep Windows shut due to smoke and smell, would be better off in back yard. Quick drive or brisk walk to the village with awesome market, Nirvana coffee and Italian restaurant plus pond and dog park. Only factor preventing a five star review is can't leave dog onsite . It was a little surprising that a room with such a large common space would have two queen beds instead of a king bed, though. The staff, including housekeeping, did a great job making us feel like guests of honor all weekend long, with a bride and groom welcome setup and several refreshes of the room while we were away. We were also able to book one of the dog-friendly rooms at the last minute, in which my mom stayed with our dog. There was lots of green space on and off the property for our dog to explore on walks. The Coonamessett also hosted our morning-after-the-wedding buffet breakfast, which we coordinated through their special events team five months before the wedding. The food was pretty good, nothing special, but was a little on the pricier side (to be expected for a wedding-related event). Since they weren't hosting a wedding on-site that weekend, we were able to use the entire ballroom space. A couple hotel guests wandered in and grabbed a plate before we informed them it was a private event. The Coonamessett even opened the bar for our guests (my niece and nephew said the espresso martinis were good!).

Since it wasn't tested in any way, it is my opinion it as black mold. At the end of our stay, we were expected to wash the dishes, clean up in general AND take out the trash and recycle, which were in two different locations in the complex. They are affiliated with Wyndham and Wyndham should be ashamed to be connected in anyway with such a place. I would never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
