    We attempted to use Cape Air twice. Both times flights were canceled either the day of or day before the flight. NOT RELIABLE!!!

    ZERO stars! These guys suck. Lost my bags from Tortola to Puerto Rico and never got one of them back. I will boycott them.

That's literally your job; making people happy and sending them on trips that will make them happy. We walk through the door, this woman is sitting in a corner desk and rudely goes "What do you want?" I don't think I need to get into that. It speaks for itself... What did I want? I wanted a vacation trip abroad - quickly - and had all the money in the world to make it happen. And instead I get short, choppy answers and "I don't knows" and complaints about how the airlines don't pay commission anymore. Is this my problem? No. ... Seriously? Complain to your boss, not to your potentially commissionable customer. Susan, I'd just like to let you know: our tickets have been purchased, we've found a plane and a tour that will accommodate someone with a wheelchair graciously. And for the end of this month, for the dates we wanted. And guess what? They also didn't need to know about anyone's personal disabilities or where they live because "I do need to know that." Um, no you didn't. And we also booked a pricier hotel in one of the cities to "live a little" and we added a Cabaret show to the trip as well. Thanks so much for never following through. It pays to be nice to people even if you don't want to work with them. At the end of the day, your nasty attitude made money walk out your agencies door. One that you said is still around where the rest have failed over the years because of the airlines. I hope you loose business, I hope this review helps the cause. And I hope you find a new position as a porter for Bouse House because you're truly a trash human. Thanks for helping me make the decision to take my business somewhere else. The plane is itty bitty (10 seats, including the pilot's) and you have to climb in. They load all your carry-on baggage into the front and wings of the plane. Each piece is weighed, and they ask for your weight as well. They will seat you so the plane is balanced, so you might not be sitting next to the person you're traveling with (although you'll never be much more than an arm's length from anyone on the plane...). Planes are not my favorite. This little one is a bumpy ride and you're surrounded by windows. There's no ignoring that you can see out the front window and see the runway rapidly approaching! If you get motion sick, take something.

I did a terrible job planning my flights and ended up in Boston several hours earlier than my Cape Air flight - not a problem! They put me on the next flight out... and what's more it seemed as if all the employees I dealt with actually enjoyed their job! I found the pilots particularly funny... Now, I must admit I was a bit nervous when I was asked how much I weighed (I assume they do this to calculate the amount of fuel needed) and even more so when I saw how tiny the aircraft was (see picture). It was quite windy out and the aircraft did bounce around quite a bit. However, the views of Boston and then Nantucket were absolutely stunning. The actual plane is tiny and flies fairly low (compared to larger planes) so you will get spectacular views. Definitely a very cool experience. I would recommend Cape Air to anyone, especially to those visiting Nantucket.

I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline.
