I had cash with me but did not have a physical credit card, and they refused to provide service. I even offered to get a money order instead, but they refused that as well, saying their money order scanner was out of order. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If there were issues with their payment system or requirements, they could have easily called ahead and informed me so I could make other arrangements instead of wasting my time and trip. The staff showed no understanding, empathy, or willingness to help find a solution. I'm extremely disappointed not only with the inconvenience but also with the rude attitude and poor treatment I received. Customer service should matter, especially for people taking time out of their day and traveling long distances. Based on my experience, this location seriously needs to improve how they treat customers.
