Communication was now through a website and was terrible! Documents were repeatedly incorrect as well. The fee also went up by 50%. Which they never tell you first. They now use a tax system and everything went yo the pooper this year. Our taxes had to be redone by someone else do to many mistakes. We will never go back! They really changed for the worse once they moved.
