I was so…read moreecstatic to hear my parents thrilled about the cleaning as I had gotten them this cleaning as a Christmas gift, two being what I originally had planned for. Then, I got told the amount and thought it was "weird" since I only provided photos for the Living room, the Kitchen, the downstairs bathroom and bathrooms upstairs (an in-person consultation couldn't happen due to their schedule, and they asked me to provide photos of the spaces I wanted clean) . I came to find out that they cleaned all the bedrooms and my parent's basement that I didn't provide photos of. My sister was a bit upset they were in her spaces since she wasn't expecting that. It's a small thing really and I could've communicated better that these were the only spaces I wanted clean but that did catch me off gaurd so maybe just plan to be around if you book them. I did tell my dad about the areas they were only suppose to clean but he just forgot due to other things going on at the house that day. But hey, a clean house is a clean house!

They were so thorough, that my husband had to kick them out at the end because they were still cleaning way after the kids were sleeping. They were at our house from 9 am to 8pm, and I am not sure if they ever took a break. They were hard -working, and courteous. We would definitely hire this company again. Worth every penny.
