Not only did the Attorney not attend the closing but no one from the Law office attended either. This resulted in everyone getting paid at the closing table from the sale of my home but me. It took about three days of me calling and ranting before my funds were wired to me and even then there were errors. i was overcharged and had to request the over hage returned. Last, i were given a payout statement showing the full amount i would receiving at the closing and it was wrong by $99,000 . This after confirming the payout amount prior to the closing in writing and via email. This Law firm is absolutely terrible and i woudl not recommend them to notarize a document let alone represent me in a closing. Buyer beware!

He was absolutely TERRIBLE about getting back to me either by phone or email. Id say he returned my call maybe 1 in 20 times. Pat F handled most of the calls and emails. She was great, always returned calls and emails but didnt always know answers so it was necessary to talk to Marcello at times. He refused to get back to me after multiple messages and emails. We had our closing a few weeks ago and there were some loose ends I needed to finish up. I emailed him last week and as always, he never replied. So today I called and talked to Mr Bluestein and explained to him the situation and asked him why, if Marcello took on my case, he never called me back. The only answers I ever got from anyone was that he was really too busy to get back to me...or sick .....or on vacation. After my call with Mr B, Marcello FINALLY did email me back and basically told me to take my business elsewhere....this after I spent close to $10,000.00 with this firm. If a lawyer doesnt have the time to get back to his clients, he should not take that client on. Do not use Marcello if you want things done in a timely matter or if you want to get calls returned to you. He is not the man for the job.

From day one, this place operated exactly like the one-star reviews warned--except somehow worse. Phone calls go unanswered like they're being screened by the FBI. Want to speak to an actual lawyer? Cute. You'll need to "schedule an appointment," which means waiting 2-3 days so they can talk at you with maximum annoyance. When you finally reach someone, the attitude is astonishing. Rude, dismissive, and condescending--as if you personally ruined their day by hiring them. The paralegals clearly took a master class in passive aggression. Customer service here is not bad--it's hostile. Then comes the truly shady part: they pressure you to sign over prior, completely unrelated cases that have nothing to do with why you hired them. This is not clearly explained upfront, and it feels like a trap you only realize you've stepped into after it's too late. Consider this your warning. Advocacy? Negotiation? Fighting for your rights? Absolutely not. When dealing with doctors or insurance companies, they fold immediately. Whatever they're told, they accept. No pushback. No strategy. No effort. Which is wild, since they're paid a percentage of your settlement--yet seem allergic to fighting for more money. And then there's Goldstein. Calling him "a piece of work" is being polite. If arrogance, dismissiveness, and self-importance were legal credentials, he'd be unstoppable. The cherry on top? Everyone is always on vacation. Constantly. Perpetually. This office has more PTO than productivity. Meanwhile, your case sits untouched while you're treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions. Bottom line: this firm does not see you as a client or a human being. You are a file number, a transaction, an inconvenience. The service is subpar, the communication is nonexistent, and the attitude is downright narcissistic.
