You didn't have to tug on the meat while biting to get a bite. Amazingly tender. Is it because it's not cut overly thick or is it how it's cooked. I think a combination of both. I then waited another 25 minutes inside, and it seemed like my order only moved forward after I asked about it. They appeared severely understaffed, with one cashier, one person packing orders, and one employee assisting the cook. I understand being busy, but why take phone orders and provide a pickup time if the food will not be started until the customer arrives? From the time I called, the total wait was over an hour. The food is genuinely good, but the phone-order and pickup process needs to be fixed. Customers should be told upfront if orders will not be started until arrival.

Greeted us upon entry with a smile. Food probably took about 15-20 minutes, so not bad at all. The wings were nice and hot, fresh, and delicious. We always get the lemon pepper, and hubby decided to try the new "street corn" flavor.
