Easy and friendly girl at desk when I landed at airport in SLC. My driver Eddie was WONDERFUL. He was there in 5 minutes and was so funny and kind... I asked if I could book him privately for the week (unfortunately, that's not how it works). Only negative I have is that Unfortunately service is quite pricey ... I had huge van to myself bc I booked a private vs shared ride... I didn't not want to wait 45 min. Still, i Will 100% use Canyon again and will highly recommend to friends. read more

I had a very exquisite experience with Canyon transportation. I needed transportation from Salt Lake City airport to Park city airport the day of, my trip and they were able to accommodate me last minute . The moment I landed I received the text message giving me very clear and detailed instructions how to locate the Receptionist desk. I was greeted by Kathryn ( or Catherine) who was very lovely and pleasant. She escorted me outside to my amazing driver Chris. Chris, provided a pleasant ride. We had great conversation. His driving was amazing and safe. For my first time in Salt Lake City, Utah my experience and trip started off very well with the experience I had with Canyon transportation. Flight got delayed 10 min and called to let them know as they were going to be closing the canyon later that night. They told me they would hold the car until we got to the airport. When we landed we grabbed our luggage and called to see exactly where the desk was located. She told me where it was, and then told me the car already left. Seriously??!!! Why tell someone they are holding the car an extra 15 min when you know damn well you aren't going to do that. Piss poor service. read more

We booked this shared ride service to get us to Snowbird from SLC airport. As it turned out, an Uber to Snowbird was cheaper than this service. But the real problem was the rudeness of the representative at the airport when we asked whether we could cancel our reservation because it had been nearly 30 minutes from the time we got our luggage and checked in until the time I asked to cancel.and no van had yet appeared. The employee said we couldn't get a refund and in a rude manner said that they have a policy that it can take up to 30 minutes for the van to pick us up. Well, the problem was that it took nearly 40 minutes for the van to show up and we still couldn't get a refund. The driver was nice and courteous but the service inside the airport was not. Much longer wait time than the 30 mins quoted. We landed at 3:40p, it's 5:30p and we're still waiting for a shuttle. After waiting a long time in a small and filled waiting area, they called our name to go outside - I assumed this meant our shuttle had arrived - but we're just standing out in the cold waiting for an additional 20 mins. I've used other transport services and will go back to those. This was recommended through a conference in attending. It's worrying enough that I'm thinking we will cancel our return trip to the airport and eat the cost to Uber. Then there is 4 of us with tons of stuff - ski bags, suitcases - and they got us an SUV not a shuttle bus. It was crowded and not comfortable. The service has improved but its getting expensive. I would still recommend it if you don't want to deal with a car rental.

I've ridden with them regularly from Park City to the SLC airport. Their reservation process is easy, efficient and very friendly and helpful agents! Can't beat $49 for a mini-van, especially for early flights ( when you can't be sure of Iber or Lyft, even when scheduling in advance ). Horrible service. Left us high and dry at hotel and was a complete no show AFTER WE SPLKE TO THEM EARLIER IN THE DAY AND CONFIRMED RHE RESERVATION.. They failed to pick up the phone for over 1 hour. When we finally got the airport ON OUR OWN there were 3 agents sitting at the desk. When we told them what happened they basically said "Siri sorry, here is your $90 back." Don't count on them if you need to get somewhere, or expect any customers service. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

We did have a full 30 minute wait at the airport, which with a shared ride we were told to expect. Had an enjoyable ride up to Snowbird with our driver Steve. He was very nice and courteous. Upon arriving at Iron Blossam, I realized I left my computer bag in the van. I called the reservation line and they couldn't get ahold or anyone, but they were very nice, set out a group chat and told me they would keep trying. I called dispatch directly and sat on hold for a while. They were able to get a hold of Steve who was still on the mountain and swung by to drop it off. We booked this shuttle because the Snowbird resort where we stayed recommended them for transportation to Salt Lake City airport. HUGE MISTAKE. First of all they don't let you choose your departure time, they ask what flight you are on then give you the shuttle time...so...we thought that meant they knew what they were doing. Wrong! The road is often closed due to snow/avalanche mediation so what happens is the traffic gets incredibly backed up and causes huge delays. Our shuttle arrived exactly 1 hour late but there are people on it who were supposed to be picked up an hour before us (so 2 hours late for them!) Needless to say they are missing their flight. I just think if this is what you do for a living you should be familiar with the road closures and know what to expect. Some of the people we were travelling with decided to call a Lyft instead and not only did they make it to the airport long before us they saved over $100. read more

Took our chances with other shuttle companies having more or better reviews, but I have no complaints about Canyon Transportation. The price was great (shared ride for 2 between SLT and Park City was only $104), communication was excellent, and the ride was timely. We happened to miss our shuttle due to a slow baggage claim, but they just put us on the next bus. Again, no complaints, and I'd certainly use them again. read more
