We've been using Bald Eagle regularly for one year. They were reliable until early this morning. We arrived midnight at SLC and found no pickup showing up. We tried email many times and got no response. Since we know them well, we thought it was just an accident and we were ready to resume the patronage. What's really disappointing is the follow-up response from the owner (who is not a woman, by the way). He offered no apologies, no sympathy, not even any kind words in light of our long-term patronage. Only long paragraph in defending himself by twisting the words in our email communication. (We clearly typed up the flight arrival date and time according to the airlines.) We are very disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone. read more

Excellent company! They were safe drivers, reliable, friendly and provided us with waters and sparkling water upon entering the vehicle. Also, they were very easy to communicate with. We shared our flight info in advance and they tracked our flights accordingly and we coordinated via text upon landing. My bag at baggage claim took over 40 min to retrieve and they had no issue waiting. Overall a great experience - use them! read more

Staying in Heber City, catching an Uber or Lyft can be tricky especially in the early mornings. Eliana gave me peace of mind when she promptly responded to my inquiries, picked me up at 6am and headed to SLC Airport. She's prompt, professional and great at communicating with you. The car was super clean and can fit a few snowboard bags. Bald Eagle is a 24 hour service which is a plus. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely be using her services again. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences with Eliana. She has picked me up late at night and even taken me to the airport as early as 4:45am. The cars are always so clean and there is enough room for an extra large ski bag. I highly recommend using this service! Highly recommend Bald Eagle Limo service. Typically when I have early flights I stress out about having Uber/Lyft available for pickup in the early mornings. While I'm in Salt Lake I no longer have to worry about this. This is my first time using Bald Eagle Limo and they were on time and prompt for the early morning pickup with great communication via text/voice. In addition, their pricing was very competitive with Uber/Lyft in a luxurious Infinity SUV. The owner is a very safe driver as when she picked me up it was snowing rather hard and the streets/highways were inundated with snow. The vehicle I was in was equipped with snow tires and AWD. I will use Bald Eagle Limo service whenever I'm in town because of their excellent service, great pricing, and luxurious/safe transportation. read more
