I wish I could remember my driver's name but he was really awesome. I threw them a curve ball on President's Day weekend (yes, I was being *that kind*customer). I just got nervous about missing my flight and asked for an earlier pick up the morning of. Unfortunately with the holiday weekend, all drivers were booked up but they said they'd see what they could do. After getting no answer from the company (not their fault, it's a holiday weekend!) I called the driver to confirm with him directly to see if he could come early. Annnnd I woke the poor guy up. He had a late shift the night before because the passenger's flight was delayed. Nevertheless, the guy dragged his butt out and came over. He wasn't even cranky and he was super cool. Out of the blue, he even guessed that I had a cat. I wished I could remember his name so that his supervisors would recognize a gem they have at this company. Will definitely use them next time I'm there and hope I get this driver again. We've been using My Shuttle for the last 5 years, and (shame on us) this is the first review on them we've submitted. Honestly, these guys are world class. Over the 10-15 times we've used them NOT ONCE have they been late, and every driver that we have had has been courteous and helpful. This last week we used them three times (Hollie, Travis, and Danny), and all were great people. All of the vehicles are late-model mini-vans with hard carriers up top for skis or extra equipment. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was extremely disappointed by our ride yesterday. So many factors were sloppy and unprofessional that I'm not really sure where to start. To begin with, I looked out at the driveway at 610am and there was no van in sight. I promptly called the main line, as this seemed odd, as we had asked for a 615am pickup and every car service I know arrives 15min prior to the specified pickup time. I called the main line and no one picked up. I had no way of reaching our driver because no contact information had been provided for him, even though I had called at 4pm the day prior confirm the ride. The driver finally called and said he was on his way up. He was 15 minutes late to arrive and went to the wrong house first. He was supposed to go to 224 (where I was staying, so that I could direct him) followed by 173. He did the exactly opposite. When he finally arrived at our house it was close to 635. He said he had gotten stuck at the security desk and when I asked "Why didn't you call my cell if you had an issue?" he just shrugged. At one point he said something like "Yeah we tend to tell people 2.5-3 hours ahead of flight time for pick-ups." First of all, that isn't true. When I called to confirm they said 2hours and 15min would be more than sufficient that early in the morning. Second of all, this driver (pointing this out to me) was the one who was late! I chose not to make a big deal about this tardiness, as I was with work colleagues and it didn't seem like the time and place, but I was horrified and embarrassed at how sloppy this whole thing was. The driver was nice and apologized for being late, but I just don't understand how a driver who is aware of the snow conditions and terrain of the area wouldn't make a conscious effort to arrive early? Truly unprofessional. Not to mention that, had we not made our flight, there wasn't another flight into NYC for 10 hours! This was a company trip and these are all work associates that I was with and this was beyond embarrassing and unprofessional. We all barely made our flight and the stress of not knowing where our driver was, didn't help anyone feel better about getting to the airport on time. I'm afraid we will never be able to use this service again and I'll have to dissuade and warn our employees from using this service in the future. read more

We just returned home from a week-long trip to Park City, and using MyShuttle to get us from and to the airport was a breeze and a total delight. Before we even left home, we received a text message confirming our reservation and giving us directions on where to go. Once we landed we received another text telling us they knew we had landed and again, what to do and where to go. We were never confused as to the process, which made for much more relaxed travel. We also needed to change the time of our pickup for the way back, which was as easy as clicking the link in our original confirmation email and making updates to the reservation. On the way back, we received the same detailed, prompt service. Throw in that both of our drivers were kind and courteous, and you've got yourself a great experience. I will absolutely be booking with My Shuttle the next time I'm in Park City - and knowing that getting to and from the mountain can be this easy will definitely lead me to put Park City higher on my vacation list. I looked at at least 10 different shuttle companies before choosing My Shuttle, and I'm glad I did. They offered the most competitive rates ($80 each way for 2 of us), and their service and communication was great. I had a text message from my driver the night before our pick up, just to confirm, and then again once we arrived at SLC, to let us know exactly where to meet him. Formerly a big fan. We had a very unsafe and unsatisfactory experience this time. They sent a minivan to pick up 6 adults with ski gear from Snowbird Lodge to SLC. It was so overloaded and unsafe we had to sit on ski bags inside the vehicle and couldn't access our seatbelts. When I called and emailed to complain, instead of apologizing or offering a discount Tasha said "you didn't specify that you had ski gear"... but it was a pick up from a ski resort. And they had taken us there with our gear in the first place. If this really was a concern shouldn't they maybe ask since they do this for a living? read more

I had to find a shuttle for my family of 6 to get to the airport the next morning. I called around and this company had mini vans which would be easier for my elderly in-laws to get in and out. The family also had a ton of luggage for their annual yearly trip to Park City around the Christmas holidays. I paid ahead with a credit card which was convenient. They emailed to confirm the reservation and then called the next day to let us know they were coming. The driver came slightly ahead of time and helped everyone in and also loaded the luggage. Very professional driver. The price was $130 for the trip which I thought was very reasonable compared with others. Overall i would definitely use this company again. read more

I visited friends in Park City last weekend and I scheduled an early flight out of SLC on Sunday morning (8:55am flight). I assumed that I would be able to schedule a Lyft or Uber the night before, as I have in other cities. It turns out that you can't schedule Lyft or Uber in advance in Park City! I called an airport shuttle service, and they said I would have to leave at 6am (an hour earlier than I really needed). And the private cab/towncar companies I called were between $120-$180 for the ride. Luckily I found My Shuttle in time! My driver, Kristin, confirmed with me the night before, showed up early and safely got me to the airport in a clean minivan with plenty of time to spare. And, it cost $70 plus tip - more than an Uber or Lyft would have cost, but there were no cars anywhere in the area (I checked both apps in the morning too). So: I highly recommend My Shuttle and will use them again! Thank you! read more

My husband and I used My Shuttle last week to get from the Salt Lake City airport to Deer Valley to join family for Christmas. We were very impressed with our driver Gerardo and the My Shuttle team! Our driver reached out a couple of days ahead of time by text and then again the day before to confirm and to remind us of the instructions to follow upon landing. We texted upon getting our luggage and told him where we were standing and boom, he was there. At the last minute we asked him if he could stop at the market while we bought groceries, he was more than helpful and recommended which store we should stop at. He waited in the van while we shopped then pulled the van up to the front of the store when we walked out and helped us load all the groceries. He was our driver at the end of our trip back to the airport too. As it was quite snowy I texted him and asked if he could pick us up an hour earlier than we had booked for and he texted back that it wouldn't be a problem. He was a good driver in the snow conditions too which made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I emailed MyShuttle for a quote and received a reply less then an hour later. I booked a roundtrip ride to the Deer Valley area for my family (2 adults, 1 child). They even provided a booster seat at no additional cost for my child. The day before my trip they emailed me to confirm all the details and the actual driver (I forgot his name but he was the father of the business....which is family owned and operated) text messaged me so that I could be in contact with him on the day I arrived. He picked us up exactly on time and was very professional and courteous. We had Hollie pick us up to take us to SLC airport, she was very nice and drove very carefully on the icy roads. I contacted My Shuttle and was quoted a price of $55 by Alyce. So I went ahead and booked. At my destination I was charge $110. When I asked why, I was told "Your quote city was not clarified so I was unable to give you an accurate price quote." Which in itself has 2 issues: 1. She could have asked for further information to give me an accurate price quote. and 2. The city, lodge, and ski hill were very clearly stated and discussed as proved by the fact that the driver knew exactly where to go without further consultation. On the plus side, Mike the driver was wonderful and I arrived without issue. Update: Ron, the owner contacted me. We had a good conversation, he was very apologetic and explained that Alyce was new and didn't know prices or locations. He honored the quoted price and refunded the difference. Overall, I understand mistakes happen and Ron was honorable and made up for it. Outside of the price issue, they were on time, professional, and the experience was excellent. Due to Ron's wonderful customer service, I am changing my rating to 5 stars. read more

This was honestly the best shuttle service. I was looking for a reliable service since I was traveling alone (and don't usually). The driver texted me the day before from his personal number, which was great. I already had a text from him when I landed - they track your flight! And he was waiting for me as soon as I grabbed my baggage. The roads were a little icy driving to Park City and he was extra careful driving. Not to mention, he gave great advice on restaurants and places to go and was enjoyable to chat with for the 45 minutes I was in the car. I loved the service so much that when I found out my boyfriend and I didn't have a ride back, I sent in the request for My Shuttle again. The best part is I did it last minute and they were SUPER on top of it. I called to follow up 20 minutes after submitting the form since I'm not sure how much they monitor it and the guy said he already had my ride assigned and I would be hearing from the driver momentarily.
