MASK REFUSING DRIVER. Peak transportation, please take responsibility for protecting the community that you serve. Your business is putting people at risk of death. The driver who was scheduled to take us to the airport refused to wear a properly fitting mask while clearly displaying illness symptoms sniffling, coughing etc.. We explained to him that we have immune compromised members of the party and being in a vehicle from Park City to SLC is dangerous without wearing a properly fitting mask (which had provided for him through the hotel). He claimed that masks don't work and that he was also not vaccinated. . He also refused to contact peak transportation to make other arrangements with a different driver. We could not get through to contact Peak transportation in time to schedule another driver. Forced to pay an exorbitant last minute I'm out for a different service. Have used Peak Transportation in the past without a problem (Come out to the airport with a properly masked driver) and have recommended them repeatedly. If you do use this service out of necessity make sure that you request a properly masked and vaccinated driver. read more

Highly recommend this company! I called Peak Transportation very last minute due to the crazy surge prices with Uber. The representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. My driver came a few minutes earlier than the expected arrival time and helped my guests and I with our luggage. It was a bit on the higher end but just about equivalent to what Uber was charging at the hour and more reliable! read more

Wow! Just got off the phone with the rudest person. We are trying to organize transportation around Park City for a group. The distance isn't far, but just trying to make it easier for our people to navigate. The woman we talked to was uninterested in helping even though we were willing pay for a full hour to drive us 15 minutes. Easy money for a couple of trips. Super disappointed because the first person we spoke to was so friendly and we were just finalizing a few things before actually booking. Planning on spending our money elsewhere. Amazing customer service! An accident overnight closed I80W and airport access. Peak Transportation alerted us to this issue and arranged for a much earlier pickup via I84 so we could make our flight. Love these guys! I suggest them to anyone who is coming to Park City and needs transit up here. Many think "shared ride" is the way to go for a lower price. Not necessarily so! One of the best customer service and transit experiences I've ever had. I was able to secure a last minute van during Sundance at a competitive price from Salt Lake City airport to Park City. The driver arrived on time (before we did) to pick us up, helped us with all of our luggage, was a pleasure to chat with during the drive, was an incredibly safe driver (trip was during a light snow storm), and helped us unload everything. I recently used Peak Transportation for my incredibly high profile boss to visit the film festival. The owner and the COO were the most efficient, responsive, funny, and patient men I have EVER dealt with at a car company. I hire drivers all over the states for my boss and this company is by far the best experience we have had. They even gave us a discount for using them exclusively over the whole weekend. Peak did a fantastic job on our round trip transfers between SLC and PCMR. On time, great communication, clean cars and very friendly drivers. The price was very reasonable so before you consider taking a shared van check Peak out.
