Highly recommend this company! I called Peak Transportation very last minute due to the crazy surge prices with Uber. The representative that I spoke with over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. My driver came a few minutes earlier than the expected arrival time and helped my guests and I with our luggage. It was a bit on the higher end but just about equivalent to what Uber was charging at the hour and more reliable! read more

Horrible experience attempting to use their services with this company. Very difficult website and reservation system. I went on line and Peak did not recognize a local common address. They are asking $240 dollars for an SUV. Spoke to a representative who was not qualified. Never use this company! read more

We have used Peak Transportation for years and they are always on time, friendly, and efficient!

This company really impressed our group, they offer an affordable black car (full size four wheel drive SUV) service. Both our trips the drivers were seasoned professionals. read more

MASK REFUSING DRIVER. Peak transportation, please take responsibility for protecting the community that you serve. Your business is putting people at risk of death. The driver who was scheduled to take us to the airport refused to wear a properly fitting mask while clearly displaying illness symptoms sniffling, coughing etc.. We explained to him that we have immune compromised members of the party and being in a vehicle from Park City to SLC is dangerous without wearing a properly fitting mask (which had provided for him through the hotel). He claimed that masks don't work and that he was also not vaccinated. . He also refused to contact peak transportation to make other arrangements with a different driver. We could not get through to contact Peak transportation in time to schedule another driver. Forced to pay an exorbitant last minute I'm out for a different service. Have used Peak Transportation in the past without a problem (Come out to the airport with a properly masked driver) and have recommended them repeatedly. If you do use this service out of necessity make sure that you request a properly masked and vaccinated driver. read more

Peak Transportation is the best transport company in Park City! We have a strong relationship with this local business and wouldn't recommend anyone else. We have never had any problems with pick-ups or drop-offs and they consistently deliver excellent service! - Victory Ranch & Conservancy read more

Very pleased with the service. Driver(John?) during both trips was very kind and courteous. The car was clean too. I can't find something else bad to say. I would definitely use this service in Utah again when I return read more

Peak Transportation - Limos Near Me

1st time user last night and was very pleased with the service. Pre-arrangements and communication was all good. Our driver (Andrew) was on time, polite and a great driver. Highly recommend read more

Wow! Just got off the phone with the rudest person. We are trying to organize transportation around Park City for a group. The distance isn't far, but just trying to make it easier for our people to navigate. The woman we talked to was uninterested in helping even though we were willing pay for a full hour to drive us 15 minutes. Easy money for a couple of trips. Super disappointed because the first person we spoke to was so friendly and we were just finalizing a few things before actually booking. Planning on spending our money elsewhere. I hope they find a friendlier person for the phone because it looks like people have been super happy with the service! read more

Amazing customer service! An accident overnight closed I80W and airport access. Peak Transportation alerted us to this issue and arranged for a much earlier pickup via I84 so we could make our flight. Kudos to our driver Rob for coming in early and driving us safely through a snowstorm to catch our flight. read more

Hands-down, the next time you travel to Park City - this is who you need to call! There is no better mountain transportation/limo service for their on-time, nice drivers, great clean vehicles, personal attention and VIP service. We travel to Park City each year and would not call anyone else! Last Season, they took care of us the entire week we were there, from on-time airport pick-up and return to SLC, to their great attitudes and service from our place (Stein Eriksen Resort) to Main Street or anywhere we wanted to go for dinner or shopping...they were the only company who safely would take us up the hill during a snow storm - nobody else had good drivers with safe snow tires! Call PEAK . read more

Love these guys! I suggest them to anyone who is coming to Park City and needs transit up here. Many think "shared ride" is the way to go for a lower price. Not necessarily so! Do the math - you'll find Peak is LESS EXPENSIVE for four people than shared ride van! And, so convenient. They are there just for you. No drop offs at other places. (I HATE that!) No waiting for others. No sitting next to the sticky handed kid who is scrunched in next to you. read more

Great service, friendly and helpful drivers, clean cars.

One of the best customer service and transit experiences I've ever had. I was able to secure a last minute van during Sundance at a competitive price from Salt Lake City airport to Park City. The driver arrived on time (before we did) to pick us up, helped us with all of our luggage, was a pleasure to chat with during the drive, was an incredibly safe driver (trip was during a light snow storm), and helped us unload everything. I look forward to booking with Peak Transportation during my next visit to the Salt Lake area! read more

GREAT transportation company. Professional drivers and they really care about every ride.

They are always on time, courteous and have a clean car with terrific drivers. Perfect choice.

I would recommend this company to anyone travelling to Park City. We travelled to Park City in March 2012 and used them roundtrip from Salt Lake City airport. I will definitely use them again on our next trip. read more

Dbags. Don't know where they are going. Poorly operating, half ass business. Go with 649 taxi. They are the real locals, that know what's up. read more

I recently used Peak Transportation for my incredibly high profile boss to visit the film festival. The owner and the COO were the most efficient, responsive, funny, and patient men I have EVER dealt with at a car company. I hire drivers all over the states for my boss and this company is by far the best experience we have had. They even gave us a discount for using them exclusively over the whole weekend. They were polite and completely available to us whenever the schedule changed, which was often! I cannot recommend this company enough, complete VIP service and a wonderful attitude! read more

I received a business card for this car transportation and emailed and texted a few days before we had to leave park city and head back to SLC airport. I never heard back from the company. All I was looking for was prices and if they could do a 4:45 am pick up. Very disappointed in their customer service. read more

Will was our driver. The SUV was clean and he drove well. No scary turns. He was on time and extremely polite. He was like a tour guide pointing out various mountain ranges, interesting sites. The best limo ride I can remember. I would strongly recommend Peak Transportation, read more

We used Peak Transportation for a pick-up at SLC airport and drop-off in Park City, and the reverse trip home. Immaculate service in both cases. Driver was early and in place, helpful with our copious baggage, courteous, and (on the inbound trip) quite helpful with local color and suggestions. read more

Peak did a fantastic job on our round trip transfers between SLC and PCMR. On time, great communication, clean cars and very friendly drivers. The price was very reasonable so before you consider taking a shared van check Peak out. Being able to take a private SUV instead of cramming into a van making half a dozen stops for not much more money is a no-brainer. Will definitely call you guys when we come back to the area. Thanks Alan and Will! read more

I have been using Peak Transportation for the last 7 years. They are the most reliable transportation company in Utah. The drivers are great, always going above and beyond to make everything comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Peak Transportation for reasonably priced, reliable and safe transportation in luxury SUVs. I am looking forward to seeing Peak Transportation again once the snow starts to fly! read more
