My daughter had to be dropped off from her original ride and we were told it would be 35 min before another driver arrived. I told the rude woman not to bother when I foInd found out. She said it was too late because the car had been dispatched, but just a few minutes earlier she had told my daughter that it would be at least 20 minutes before the car was dispatched. I asked if the calls were recorded for training purposes and she said they were. I suggested she go listen to them, but I know that they don't have the calls recorded because they would have announced it to me in disclosure upfront. This is the first time I have ever written a yelp review, so that should say a lot about my experience with this company. Needless to say, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, but in the meantime, I feel like it's the right thing to do to warn people about this unpleasant and unethical company.
