He came out to assess the issue and determined there were two things (pipe leak and pool heater requiring service) that needed service and/or repair. He explained he could repair the leak but not the heater due to the complexity involved . Instead, he preferred to pass and have someone who can take care of both so that I don't have deal with two parties and be able to get a price break if one person/company handled the job. I was pleasantly surprised. Next, he suggested a trustworthy, local (for me) company in Arcadia he'd like to refer and will send me the information. Within 10-15 minutes, I get a text from him sharing that he made a call to the owner, described the issues found, and confirmed they can handle both. All I needed to do was call and schedule the service. All of it was done within a week. I would've gladly given Marco the job simply based on one thing - Putting the client's best interest in mind FIRST. That is rare to come by nowadays based on the companies I've dealt with in the last few months. Regardless, I wouldn't have able to get this done within a week if it weren't for Marco's first-class service and connections. I was impressed by Marco's professionalism, candidness, and simplicity of communicating with him. He was not only knowledgeable about anything pool-related but also resourceful as demonstrated in working with the company he recommended. Top quality cutsomer service and went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel good about situation. Many contractors hire crews and famously fall back from the project, but Andrew was there every step of the way not only to guide his crew, but also hands-on at times (which you almost never see today....) Once our project was complete, he came daily and handled the first 7-day startup himself ensuring the new concrete was in a good spot to pass on to us. After testing my water and opening my filter I was quoted $600 (mind you my pool wasn't even dark green, see photo). I was also told that my backwash system needed repair. I wasn't willing to pay that much and lost out on $100 because I didn't hire them to de-green my pool. However, I did want them to fix my backwash system, but was told they were "too busy" for that job. They ignored me when I told them I was willing to wait for an opening in their schedule. Although professional, they're clearly only interested in taking on high paying jobs.
