However they'd only gotten some of it - not all. We were very frustrated so I called Eric Perez. Eric came out and proposed a resolution asap. They treated the water, then scrubbed all walls repeatedly over several days then tested water. Problem was fully resolved in about two weeks. Additionally, Eric helped to troubleshoot a pool lighting issue to make all lights work effectively, re-piped pump-to-heater for more efficient flow, and fixed a leaky seal. We were impressed with how quickly he diagnosed all issues of concern and then got them corrected in a timely manner. We had to go through two other so called "pool experts" and ridiculously inaccurate quotations before identifying that Eric was best for the job. Hired this company August of 2023…read more At first, they were servicing my pool weekly as promised but as months go by, the pool would always have residue (looks like black dirt) at the bottom of the pool. I didn't say anything for months because i thought it might've been the sprinklers in my yard spraying the pool (not the case at all). They were just not cleaning it well. In the winter, i tried using the heater for my spa but it didn't work. I reached out to Isaiah to see if he would be able to resolve this. He still did not resolve this, but instead switched out the timer and said i need to pay more for the controller. He suggested that since it's now summer, i should switch out the new filter and pump instead because it's not working well for my pool. My pump and filter was working fine until he didn't service my pool for weeks when trying to fix the spa heater. My pool turned dark green with so much algae. It just needed effort to clean and shock the pool to get back to normal, but he used this opportunity to get me to change the pump and filter because it "wasnt filtering" my pool properly. After spending thousands on all the things he suggested i change out (spa heater still not fixed), i paid him for month of May to service my pool. he took the money and only came to service the pool ONCE. Also have to mention that i paid him thousands to switch out the pump and filter so i had expected him to clean up after his mess, but he did not. He took out all the stuff, replaced them, then left it my back yard so i have to figure out what to do with the large old filter and the pump. Very unreliable and stressful dealing with my pool since i hired this company. I have hired a new pool company and my pool is now pristine. I don't have to go home every week wondering if the pool has been cleaned.

His friend conducted a "test" with earphones and some kind of stick and had me listen. Well, I don't know about noises from water leaks. In any event, he charged me $250 and said the leak was coming from the skimmer. He conveniently had a brand new skimmer in his truck to show me the part. He said the cost would be $3,000. I said not at this time, that I was going to get a second opinion. It took a while to determine where exactly the leak was happening. I ended up hiring another company, very honest and professional. They found the leak and fixed it. The leak had nothing to do with the skimmer. I called Omar and told him of my findings and requested a refund since he and his colleague had mislead me. He refused. Please beware and stay away from this VERY dishonest business. Do not rely on his recommendations.
