FRIED TOFU FRIED TOFU FRIED TOFU!!!! Can you tell I love it? Because I DO! I go there so often to get their fried tofu, that the moment that the lady sees me, she asks, "How many?" Yeah..that is how good it is. I also go for their veggie ham roll, individual tofu packages, and seasonings. One time I did buy produce (ginger) and it immediately went bad. So, I would not get produce ever again, but I still love the place. Oh, and check expiration dates on everything. I noticed some products with 2015 dates on things. That's not okay. But hell, I will still return for their tofu forever!

The Canton restaurant is in the front and the market is in the back. With food markets, the prices are generally similar but there are some products that may be cheaper in cents here or vice versa in another Asian market. If you're buying the same thing consistently where cents would add up, then paying attention to the different pricing would be beneficial. I have seen some unique selections compared to other markets, such as live toads/frogs, so if you're looking for that, it's at Canton market. It looks like a small warehouse. They also have roasted duck available to go. I feel like the selections are more limited than some of their competitors.

It has been expired for two months when I bought it on May.

I've been here before but never got around to writing a review, glad we stopped in recently!…read more I used to think, since it's a Co-Op, it was only for members. But that's changed (or maybe I just misunderstood!), and now anyone can shop here. Prices are a bit higher about $2-$5 more than other grocery stores depending on what you're getting, also know you're supporting a community focused, local business. It's not a huge place, but they've got a solid selection of essentials, and some nice specialty items too. There's even an outdoor area if you want to relax with a snack or a drink. Staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. They have private parking lot! I'll definitely be back.

It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it. The staff were so pleasant, kind, and patient. I have a disability, and Richard took his time to explain everything to me. You can just go in and shop, or you can join the co-op. I joined, there are a lot of benefits, including discounts, events, they want to hear from you, and suggestions. It's in the South Wedge. A great neighborhood, and it's decorated outside and has some amazing murals so you can't miss it. I wish I had thought to take pictures. Will do it next time. Bring your own bags. Parking was easy. The aisles are nice and wide. They have small baskets that roll, making it really easy for someone with disabilities to shop. Their meat section is all frozen, which is fine. I bought frozen wild salmon. They have a big sausage section, with some delicious sounding ingredients. I will have to get some next time.

This market is across town from me but was the only one that carried "select" bone in rib roasts…read morethat I wanted for Christmas. I had visited this market a few times in the past when in the neighborhood but is not my usual go to market because of how far it is from me. This market has a real neighborhood feel. You know the one with fresh baked goods and a deli counter, making you fresh salads and sandwiches. This is one of the few markets that still employs butchers. The store is clean and the employees all are very friendly and welcoming. They have embraced all the covid-19 safety precautions. Everyone wearing a mask, gloves, and social distancing. Signs are prevelent explaining the protocols. Their prices are very compatible and they run weekly specials that can result in great savings. Their produce, seafood, and meat are fresh and of high quality. Now back to my roast. The butcher came out and took the time to discuss with me what I was looking for. He then went into the back and freshly cut me a roast just as I had asked for. The roast was perfect on Christmas. Very flavorable, with nice marbling. Everyone raved about it. This market might be a bit out of the way but it is worth the drive. You can tell, the owners, and employees take great pride in their business.
