My husband had the chimichanga with steak and queso on top. Rice and beans are flavorful and authentic Tex-mex. The view makes this a wonderful location for a relaxing dinner. We passed through Birmingham last week and ate at Chuy's. That night would have been rated a 4 star, but mostly because we didn't enjoy what we ordered as much as last night.
